About: I have been around and cared for a wide variety of animals throughout my life growing up on a hobby farm, which included dogs, and cats. I understand that caring for animals is both a responsibility and a long-term commitment, and I take that responsibility seriously. I currently have two large dogs of my own and regularly foster dogs. Through fostering, I have gained experience working with a wide range of needs. When appropriate, I am able to accommodate dogs with different needs in my home by temporarily having my own dogs stay at our acreage, allowing me to provide a safe and comfortable environment for special needs foster or boarding dogs. A few years ago, I completed a 80-hour volunteer placement at a veterinary office in Prince Albert. At the time, I was hoping to pursue a career as a veterinary technician, although my career path eventually took me in a different direction. This experience provided me with valuable exposure to veterinary care and the professional handling of animals. In addition, I have experience with dog agility from my time training a service dog. Training a service animal taught me the importance of patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, communication, and building trust between an animal and its handler. I have also worked at a dog kennel for several years and have extensive experience providing dog walking and pet-sitting services for friends, family, and members of my community. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of animal care, safety, handling, and the importance of adapting care to each individual animal's needs. I have previously been certified in Dog and Cat CPR and First Aid, and I plan to renew my certification again this year. I am committed to continuing to expand my knowledge and skills so that I can provide animals with safe, responsible, and compassionate care. Even with a full time work schedule you find a schedule that works best for you and the animal/s that you are caring for. It is your responsibility to give the best care you can to yours or any animal in your care. I have a LARGE double wide fenced lot. It is fenced down the middle as well if animals are needing to be separated. I have extra rooms and kennels if animals are needing to be separated, kennelled or quarantined. As well as the kitchen being gated off when nobody is home. All plants are animal safe, and the basement is closed off. I have a camera in my yard and front door. Alarms Co2 and fire in the whole house that is linked directly to the fire and police line. If needing to get to a clients home I make sure my day is planned around having time to get to those animals in a healthy amount of time.

About: Growing up I was not allowed to have any pets, so as an adult I took every opportunity to spend time with other peoples animals. As the years went on I began house/pet sitting for my friends with dogs. So when we moved into a home of our own we immediately adopted 3 silly cats. Not long ago my family went on a vacation and I found and used this service to care for my 3 furry boys and thought how much I would enjoy spending time with other pets on a regular basis! Picking up back yard poops is no problem, spending some time with an anxious pup during the day would spark so much joy, and cleaning litter is an everyday occurrence for me. Please let me give you peace of mind knowing that your furry friends are safe and cared for, just the way a sitter from this service did for me! I usually work at my day job from 9am until 2pm, this gives me plenty of time to take your pups on a nice evening walk. As it is not a Monday to Friday job I may also be available on the odd day for an afternoon visit as well, please reach out and we can figure something out! As a pet parent my self, I know how important it is for your furry family to have the same routine even when you are not around! I am able to follow directions, and love routine as well. Knowing your schedule is followed while away gives you the peace to enjoy your time away!

About: Hello, my name is Mikela, I'm 30yrs old I had two dogs and a pig but I no longer have them with me. MJ who was our oldest dog, and was disabled due to an accident is no longer with us because of old age and her disability. Her sister Onyx is now thirteen, they were a funny pair and you knew who was top dog. MJ was a small yorkie/pom/jack russel. I got her from a farm and I adopted Onyx who also came from a reserve. So both our dogs are rescues and mixes, we also had a pot belly pig with Onyx named Dexter. Their relationship was something I wish could have lasted longer but because of circumstances thought differently. I can't deal with cats here due to my mom being allergic so we don't own any, our home is just dog friendly and whatever other pet you have that isn't a cat. I'm hoping to earn a little extra money with this job so solid inquiries only. No stepping in with interest and then backing away, I'm hoping the interest you bring will be final. I find the interest and then finding someone else rude because you make me hopeful and happy, so solid inquiries only please. A little about me I've got epilepsy and that's why I'm doing this, I live with my parents so I don't live alone. Because of my epilepsy I can't drive. My schedule is open, I'm currently looking for work from home. So I'm open after 12:00am until 7:30(ish)pm for boarding/looking after your animals. We can customize the time too. Our fence has just been redone so your dog won't be able to jump or get out. We've got treats for my one dog Onyx so if you are okay with sharing I'll share. We also have a water dish and our place is fairly clean, we don't have a spot to crate and I won't be able to come pick your pets up due to my disability.

About: I am currently taking care of 2 dogs because my landlord went away for trip. I also used to have 7 cats when I used to live with my parents. I can confidently say that I'm skilled with taking care of them! I can do weekday evenings and weekends the whole day! I can also do overnight stay during Friday and Saturday. Just let me know what time you want me to come, and I can accomodate! I can do grooming for cats! For dogs, I'm not totally skilled yet. For cats, I can play, feed, dispose their poops! For dogs, I can take them for a walk, play, feed, and also dispose their poops!

About: I was born and raised on a farm so im no stranger to hard work and animal care! I myself am also a pet parent to 7 cats and 2 dogs and have raised cats and dogs from bottle babies to seniors. Im also a volunteer with the Saskatoon Dog Rescue and am taking a dog training course. I also have experience with dog reactivity and administaring meditations. I very much understand the importance of finding someone trustworthy to look after your pets while you're away so schedules and instructions will be followed to a T and i will send as many updates and pictures youd like while your away! Leaving your fur family at home for work and vacations can be hard and finding someone to trust while your away can be harder so please ask as many questions as youd like before booking with me!! I'm am available for walks and checks in between 10am and 6pm everyday. Other times are a possibility but will need to be discussed directly. I do not do boarding or overnight stays at my house but would be more then happy to pet sit at your place. When I care for a dog in their home I follow all clients instructions as well as lots of love and play, while also respecting boundaries and watching body language. While on walks I love to just see dogs be dogs, while also being respectful of the leash as well as evniroment. For safety I carry a can of pet corrector and a slip lead. If you're working on any training let me know and ill be sure to follow exactly what you're doing to reinforce your current training.

About: I have experience caring for family dogs with diabetes and am comfortable administering both insulin injections and oral medications as needed. I also have hands on experience raising and training my own dog, who is now 1.5 years old, so I understand the time, patience, consistency, and active lifestyle that comes with caring for a puppy. I successfully trained him in off-leash recall, obedience, potty training, and kennel/crate training, and I’m confident providing dogs with the structure, attention, and care they need. I currently live an active lifestyle, as a Kinesiology Major at the University of Saskatoon. Being in the move and outdoors is not knew to me, I am able to provide that outgoing nature for dogs that need frequent walks or areas to release energy I’m currently a student at the University of Saskatchewan in my fourth year of Kinesiology. Being a fourth year student means I have time throughout weekdays and on weekends to help care for your pets! I constantly am outside being active and tainting my health with my own puppy, I will sure have room throughout my week for your pup! I have my own puppy, if you wish to have a play-date style house visit or walk. Or if requested just a one-on-one visit with me and your puppy. I can provide kennelling if needed, or if the owner has a fenced in yard. Provide in house (in backyard play). If your dog requires more “leg room” park walks (on leash or off leash (fenced in)) will be services I can provide at your request

About: Hello! My name is Jessica! I have watched various sizes and ages of dogs and cats in the last 10 years, mostly for people in my circle of friends and family. I also have an English Mastiff who is my bestie. I have had experience administering medications and walking multiple dogs at a time. My 'niche' would be for anyone who has a large/giant breed that is low to medium energy. I know what real drool looks like and have cloths dedicated to wiping up slobber. I've had two dogs that have been considered 'giant' breeds and I absolutely adore them. That being said I love pets of all shapes and sizes, this work is something I really enjoy doing. I love learning about animals and getting a chance to get to know them. I work M-F 8:30-5 and I'm looking to be a pet sitter for animals that can comfortably accommodate this schedule, certainly on the weekends and in the evenings, I provide regular outside breaks and walks. I understand that a pet's routine is essential to maintain, so please let me know if there are specific times and intervals for meals, walks, and any other needs for your pet! I try to allow pets to settle into a space or adjust to having a stranger in their home. Any dogs staying at my home will be separated into different crates or rooms while I am not home to prevent any issues that may arise when there are unsupervised animals in the same space. It is just me and my pup so our home is quiet for the most part, we love a nap. Please, if you have a question or request do not hesitate to ask. I have been pet sitting for my friends and family since I was a teenager, because I am a huge animal lover. Along with general knowledge of cats and dogs, I have experience with senior dogs and senior cats. I am also experieced with giving medications, with anxious animals, animals with chronic pain, and blind dogs. Experienced in giving insulin injections.I am also experienced in surgery after-care procedures and needs. I would love to get to know your pets needs and provide them in a loving, calm environment (but I can be stern when needed). Before I was put on disability I worked with children with special needs. During this work, I also taught and performed massage on babies as well as massage for children with special needs. I use this knowledge and use it to give animals relaxing massage.i am also a certified Reiki practitioner. I bring my knowledge and skills in these to working with my own and others' animals. I am just learning how to perform some movement therapy to help my senior dog age. I am ready to help you with your pets care and looking forward to showering them with love and attention. I have been on disability for the last 12 years on a journey through disease and chronic pain. Pet sitting for my people is something that brings me joy. I have a flexible schedule that allows plenty of time for me to shower your babies in attention and love. I might have to dart out for an appointment or two but my focus will mostly will be at your place. I can either stay at your home full time, or have visits and leave in the evening. Whichever is fine, though my preference is to stay, depending on the animals needs.

About: I've always loved animals and grew up with a pet cat, then dog. Now my I have my own rescue husky mix, Kuna who I adore. I've learned to work through some of his reactivity to other dogs and it's been very rewarding. Over the years I've helped take care of friends' animals while they were away, and am always happy to help others with their pets. I work shift work so week to week my schedule is always a little different, but I have lots of days off which leaves me with flexible time to help with drop-ins and walks. About: I've taken care of pets my whole life starting with cats to loving dogs. With having 3 dogs and 2 cats. I know the joys of training pups to elder years, walking super hyper pups and the calm that enjoys scents and grass, to cleaning up after, or keeping pets tidy, brushed fur and teeth. During summer i have a temp job that doesn't do too many hours during the week and free early mornings and evenings after super time. Winter season I do work outdoors all day weekdays, cold seasons are my favorite so they won't be a problem to get out with dogs. I walk my dogs early morning to enjoy the sunrises and early crisp breeze and late evenings hours after they eat to help digest their food and to help keep calm before bedtime. I always make sure to have their favorite treats and switch it often and make sure they won't have any allergic reactions, I make sure to have extra rolls of doodoo bags as there's always a chance of multiple duties. During the summer season when many events happen I'm always taking them out to see people, new dogs, and smells.

About: I’ve always enjoyed being around dogs and have experience caring for both small and large dogs, in Brazil and here in Canada. I have a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to care for pets and give them the attention they need. I’m happy to work around each pet’s usual schedule, whether that means morning walks, playtime during the day, or keeping them company while their owners are away. When caring for pets in their home, I always follow the owner’s instructions and try to keep their normal routine as much as possible. I’m respectful of the home and make sure everything is clean and secure before I leave. My priority is making the pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’ll also keep the owner updated with messages and photos so they know how their pet is doing while they’re away.

I’m experienced in house sitting with multiple dogs and have cared for both large and small breeds as well as high energy dogs. I am very loving and responsible and will care for your dog like it’s my own. I am experienced in dog training using only positive reinforcement and praise. I don’t believe in punishment, only redirecting the behaviour and encouraging good habits and manners. I am punctual and courteous and have my own reliable transportation. I have a criminal record check as I have also worked with children. I’m willing to accommodate any special requests for your dog as well as give lots of playtime and affection. I am also educated in animal first aid. I am currently working part-time so I have a flexible schedule as long as enough notice is given in advance so that I can adjust my schedule. I have a large friendly dog Toby that loves to play with other dogs of all sizes and he is also respectful of other dog's boundaries. I live only ten minutes from Hyde dog park and visit frequently.

About: I have had dogs my whole life, all breeds and sizes. I currently have 2 golden retrievers, Rosie and Chauncey and I love them so much and yes they both sleep in the bed with me! I want another one but those puppy stages are bananas, so not right now but one day. I feel like I can reads dog well with when they want space and when they want to play. You can trust that your dogs will be taken care of when I’m taking care of them, kisses and hugs all the time! Currently I work at a golf course and the season is over middle of October so my availability will be more flexible after this time. I try and not disrupt their daily routine. When I go out of town and my brother isn’t able to watch my 2 dogs I appreciate someone that has dogs or has grown up with them because they understand the importance for me about the care of my dogs and how they live their day to day schedule.
