About: I have taken care of small and large animals of every kind! Anywhere from dogs, cats, and rabbits to large farm animals! I have plenty of experience as I am a lover of all animals. I have been relied on by many of my home community to walk, feed and look after their fur babies! I am currently working full time. I would love to help with any walking or house sitting on my days off, or any day of the week that fits both of our schedules! I currently do not offer services out of my own home. I would treat your space and your fur baby as my own! I believe that you leave the place cleaner than when you showed up. No messes here! With your animal or your house :)
About: I love all dogs. Growing up I would babysit dogs in our town. I now have the cutest 3 year old golden retriever of my own. I understand that each dog has its own personality just like each human. Clear communication is important to me so I can understand both yours and your dog’s needs so that they can feel comfortable and safe when they’re in my care. Fun fact: My dog and I have the same name and we both have that “golden” energy. ✨ During the summer my availability is for the most part completely open. During September- June my availability is mostly nights with holiday and weekend availability. I have a large fenced in back yard with lots of green space to run around in. I have one female 3 year old golden retriever that loves to play with other dogs. Your dog will also have access to an abundance of toys and lots of attention from myself.
“Kaitlin is a reliable sitter and was wonderful with our cat. She came twice a day in freezing cold weather and always left us a picture. Lots of cuddle time with Mia which we really appreciated! Thanks Kaitlin!”

“Christine was so great to work with on my 6 week stay in Saskatoon. Very flexible and always made sure Roxy was tended to. Always available for or shirt notices. Highly recommended!”

About: I specialize in caring for small to medium dogs and cats, offering reliable walks, drop-in visits, and attentive care tailored to each pet’s routine. I grew up around cats and dogs on a farm and currently have one fur baby of my own, Jasper — a tuxedo cat who is very spoiled and very loved. I work as a food and beverage server with a mix of day and evening shifts, which allows me flexibility to accommodate pet care around my schedule. I’m happy to discuss availability and find times that work best for you and your pet. I do require bookings to be made at minimum 1 day in advance to ensure adequate care and time to do a meet and greet beforehand to get to know your pet. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I carefully follow routines and special instructions, respect your home, and provide calm, trustworthy care so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“Juane was amazing with Lando. I came home to him happy, relaxed, and clearly well taken care of. She kept him active and tired him out, and the photo updates and check-ins gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Super trustworthy, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.”

“Maria is an amazing sitter! She is always my go to anytime I need anything for my fur family. She is reliable and so loving towards my crew. I highly recommend booking with her!”

About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs for over 10 years. I’ve cared for my lovely senior cat for the past three years, which has given me experience with the patience, routine, and extra attention that senior pets often need. I also have three large dogs at my parents’ home, whom I pet sit regularly. I truly love spending time with animals, and since I don’t get to see my family dogs as often anymore, I’d love the opportunity to go on walks, play, and spend time with more pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I have every morning 6am-11am open to book. Most of my Friday and Saturdays I am free the whole day for visits or walks. I would love to take on walks with pets in the morning as I’ve been wanting to exercise in the morning and would love a companion. I do not take pets into my home to reduce stress on my senior cat as he does not respond well to other animals, sorry for the inconvenience.
About: Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my profile! My name is Rachel, I am a dog lover. Throughout my life, I have had dogs. I find them to be such a day brightener. Nothing makes my more happy than spending time with dogs. My princess Zofie (Rottweiler) is a crucial part of my family, and I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your furry friend behind, whether it be overnight or just throughout the day for work. I love nothing more than playing with dogs, walking them to keep them stimulated and overall just hanging out with them. I care for all animals as if they are my own and treat the homes I visit and care for as if they were my own as well. I am responsible and respectful individual. With me pet sitting your animal you can rest easy knowing your loved one is in wonderful caring hands. I work from home during the week, and have the weekend off. With working from home, weekday schedule is very flexible, weekend schedule is open. In my free time, you'll find me walking with my Rottweiler (Zofie) by the river - we live in Riversdale - or at the dog park out by Valley Road! I have a fenced yard, can easily crate a dog within my home if necessary. My dog, Zofie, loves all dogs, big or small. She is getting to be a senior dog (turning 8 in 2023), so is quiet and docile. She does not do well with cats.
About: I’ve always loved dogs and they seemed to always love me. I’m very safety oriented and will make sure your baby is well taken care of. I have a Beagle of my own, she is very stubborn and tests me everyday, so I’m very confident I can handle whatever unexpected situations your fur baby will throw at me. I am currently working during the weeks during the day, but after about 4-5 every day I will be available for services and to help you with your fur baby. I am a very easy going person who doesn’t panic in the heat of the moment. I understand that dogs can get worked up by whatever they see on walks whether it be a rodent, bird or another dog. If you have any specific requests just let me know and I can make sure they’ll be fulfilled.
“Mae is a thoughtful and caring pet sitter. She cared for my cat Cecily for a weekend, and did an excellent job. All the requests were followed and I came back home to a happy cat. I would recommend Mae to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter for their little friends with paws.”

“You never find anyone better than Annissa. She cares about all matters and is great with your pet. It was my and her first experience for drop-in visit and I feel it is really hard. But she did great job.”

“Super reliable and caring! Kitties were happy, healthy & purring when we returned. Diane is so conscientious about her sitting, we had no worries & thoroughly could enjoy our time away.”

“Ginny was an amazing pet sitter. She provided pictures and updates for every visit and communicated with us very quickly. We felt at ease on our vacation that our cats were very well taken care of.”

About: Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up and for 41 years. My love for pets has grown into my adulthood even more and my dog Remi is my family and life. I have a passion for learning and understanding animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for friends’ pets. Currently I have 1 pup - Remi is a 2 year old miniature long haired dachshund and my Hunter dog just crossed the rainbow bridge beginning of June. I have experience with training from going to training and doing research. I look forward to meeting and caring for your loved furry friend I am a shift worker so my availability is fairly open at times. Reach out to me if my schedule isn’t updated. I can also be available for short notice I have a large yard and monitor pets while outside. I am happy to take your dog for walks or play with them inside to wear off some steam at your preference. I am unable to do overnight visits because of having my own dog Remi at home
About: I have had pets my whole life growing up, so I have alot of love for all animals. I have house sat and dog sat for friends and their families, in the past year. I have a full time job Monday-Friday, however I am free evenings and weekends to look after your pets. Please reach out with your schedule and I will try to make it work for everyone! When I look after your pet I always make sure they are safe and taken care of. I also want them to be comfortable around me, so we will go on walks (if they are capable of) and play lots. I believe dogs thrive best when they have the same routine with me as they do with you.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Saskatoon
Joel has now looked after Nessa twice, and he’s been absolutely amazing both times. He leaves our home spotless, gives regular updates, and always sends the cutest photos of Nessa living her best life. She clearly feels comfortable with him — she even got to go out to a local restaurant on their last stay, which she loved. Nessa can be a bit particular, but she settled in with Joel right away. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in great hands. We’ll definitely be booking with him again.

This was our first time using Rover and our experience was terrific. Tara accomodated our needs in every way and provided updates at every visit. She did more than expected, dropping in a few extra times as she felt necessary. We (and our dog) couldn't be happier.

I've had Janice walk my dog a few times now, when I'm in a punch. She's very responsive, and ready to help. Provides feedback about the walks and is good with my dog. I would recommend Janice to others and will be happy to ask her to walk my dog again in the future.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
