“This is the second time Afton has house sat for us while on vacation and has watched our 2 dogs and 2 cats. She always does an excellent job and highly recommend her for your animal sitting needs!”

About: Ever since I was little I have always loved taking care of animals big and small. I’ve always had pets growing up and am happy to take care of a wide range of animals! For a few years now I have watched over acreages for friends and also house sat dogs when they needed it. I have taken care of old pets who require medication and also young puppy’s who may need a little more help and consistency. I went through multiple obedience classes with my own dogs and have done lots of agility training and weight pull training with my own dog Razor! For some dogs new people can be scary and I know that well too. Peaches my other pup can be very timid of new people so I am happy to help even if you are worried about your dog being shy. All of June I have an in person class so most days I will have to be on campus from 8:30am-3pm but from July to august I will have no classes and can spend as much time with your fur baby as needed:) At my home I have a large fenced yard and two friendly dogs as well as a dog savvy cat who will be happy to keep your pet company! I do have two crates, one smaller and one larger in case to crate if needed. In your home I am happy to follow whatever schedule your pet is adapted to!
“Would highly recommend Charlotte. Excellent communication, our animals were well looked after and we had a perfectly clean home to come back to. We received daily updates and Charlotte has a very welcoming presence.”

“As always, Kaitlin did a great job of looking after our dog and home. I was a pleasure to return after an exhausting flight to a happy pet and well maintained, clean home.”

“Desiree’s my go-to when I need someone to take care of my doggo! She’s reliable, trustworthy, easy to communicate with, and my golden retriever is always happy to see her.”

About: Your Pup’s Home Away From Home! 🐾 We are a family of three and we treat every guest like one of our own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and fully pampered. What We Offer: Active Lifestyle: We love long walks and have a fully fenced yard perfect for zoomies and sunbathing. Crate-Friendly Home: We are experienced with kennel training and prefer dogs who are comfortable in their "den." Cozy Environment: Whether it's playtime in the yard or cuddles on the couch, your dog will be part of our daily rhythm. Our Schedule: We are home most of the time, though from Tuesday to Thursday, we work from 8 till 3 but between the two of us the pup will be able to have a pee break during the day. For this reason, we are a great fit for dogs who can relax comfortably in their kennel for a few hours at a time. We can’t wait to meet your pup and provide them with a fun, secure, and loving environment while you’re away! We are home most of the time, though from Tuesday to Thursday, we work during the day. For this reason, we are a great fit for dogs who can relax comfortably in their kennel for a few hours at a time. Our Care Philosophy: Family First 🐾 Coming from a home that loved a Shih Tzu for many years, we know that every dog has a unique personality and specific needs. We don't just "watch" your dog; we welcome them into our daily lives as a temporary family member. Safety & Security Fully Fenced Yard: Your pup can enjoy the fresh air safely. We always supervise yard time to ensure everyone is playing nice and staying secure. Kennel Comfort: We are big believers in the "den" environment. If your dog is kennel trained, we maintain that routine to reduce anxiety and give them a safe space to rest while we are out or during bedtime. Leashed Adventures: Our morning and evening walks are always on-leash, exploring the neighborhood at a pace that suits your dog’s energy level. Personalized Attention Companionship: Since someone is usually home throughout the day, your dog won't be lonely. Whether we’re working nearby or relaxing in the living room, they’ll have human company. Consistency is Key: We stick to your feeding and medication schedule exactly as you do at home to keep their tummy and health on track. Fresh Water & Treats: We keep the bowls full of fresh water and (with your permission!) provide healthy treats for being "good boys and girls." Communication with You We know how hard it is to be away from your fur baby. We make sure to send: Daily Photo Updates: Action shots from our long walks or cute photos of them lounging in the yard. Quick Check-ins: A quick text to let you know they’ve eaten and are settling in well. Peace of Mind: You can enjoy your trip knowing we are treating your pup exactly how we’d want our own to be treated.

“Sarah was an amazing sitter for our dog. She kept us updated with great photos. What really set her apart was how incredibly accommodating and flexible she was when we had unexpected workers at the house, handling the situation perfectly and checking in with us every step of the way. Sarah is highly communicative, trustworthy, and wonderful with pets, we highly recommend her!”

“We feel very lucky to have found Jrosaleen. We love the attention she gives to Skye and Frankie and Skye have a blast playing together. She is so genuine with such a big heart. Exactly who we want to care for our pet when away.”

About: Hello! :) After a few month hiatus of taking a break from doing what I love most!!, I am back and ready to take on dog sitting, walking, house visits, for whatever your needs are for your beloved fur babies. I had to make the hard decision to say goodbye to my fur baby. The one I loved the most, the one that made my bad days' worth going through, the one I called my forever best friend. She got sick with an autoimmune disease, and her quality of life would have never been the same. For the sake of my own selfishness to keep her alive for me, I couldn't bear to watch her quality of life diminish. I know it was the right decision in the end, but I know she's happier and running, jumping and playing. I miss her every day! Please cherish the days you have with your babies, as we are never promised forever. I am ready to get back to love on your babies as much as I love mine! Our beloved dog is not only our baby, but all dogs in our care we consider fur babies and will provide a loving and nurturing experience, but we are also a strong and confident family and as a pack leader to our own dog, we will be a pack leader for others as well. We cherish all dogs and believe they all need to be loved. Ensuring your beloved family members are welcomed with open arms and with the utmost care, is our highest priority. We can’t wait to be the family who gets to look after your babies, whether it’s for an hour or two days or more!! They, and you, become part of our family! We send daily updates, a report card and treats that are approved by you at the end of their visit and we send along photos so you can be rest assured that your baby(ies), are loved so very much! We live in Warman and have access to a huge dog park, a spacious home and much needed toys, extra dog bed, extra dishes and so much love!! I do work full time during the day, Monday to Friday, and during the week I am available anytime after 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM to meet and greet. I am available on weekends as well from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM for a meet and greet. **Please note, that I do require an application to be completed upon confirmation of booking. This gives me some detailed insight on you and your pet{s} :)** Please don't hesitate to message me and I will be more than willing to accommodate your needs. I can't wait to hear from you! I fit my pet care into my busy schedule by being upfront about my full time schedule that I hold with my job. I fit this into my weekly routine by ensuring when I come home after work that my attention first and foremost is my dog and the dogs I have in my care. I care for pets in my home by providing them with a safe and nurturing environment. I am a pack leader for my own dog, and I will be the pack leader for yours in my home and yours as well. Having a strong and confident pack leader in you, results in a confident, happy and well disciplined dog/animal. I give lots of hugs and kisses, snuggles and a warm and cozy environment for them to feel safe.
“Anthony was phenomenal with our fur babies! I got daily updates and our pets were so happy. He also was attentive to our dogs medical needs with her skin and it healed while we were gone. Not to mention how spotless the house was when we got back. I highly recommend him for your pet sitting needs.”

“We were so lucky to have Jadelyn and Alex stay with our senior dog! She requires a lot of companionship and it’s hard for one person to be there as much as we need. They are a two for one deal and it worked out perfectly for us! They are both caring and attentive people!”

“Mae did an amazing job caring for our two dogs and two cats. She managed to win over our very timid senior cat, who shys away from eating and taking her meds. Mae had her eating and taking her meds without an issue. We appreciated Mae's regular communication with comments, pics and videos of our pets while they were in her care. It was clear our pets were happy and well looked after. It gave us peace of mind while we were away. I would highly recommend Mae to anyone in need of pet care!”

About: When I was 10 I was given the responsibility of taking care of my family dogs. This includes feeding, playing, walking, bathing, and training. As I reached the age of 16 I was able to house sit dogs by myself and take them to appointments (vet or grooming). I have experience with puppies over 1 years old and senior dogs over 10. My daily routine is very flexible, including care during the day (early morning, late nights, or anywhere in between). I’m available during the weekends and weekdays I’m able to follow all pet sitting and house care instructions. If anything occurs that is out of the ordinary, I usually contact clients to make sure pet care and safety is the number one priority.
“Mel was great. She looked after Chaos and Zorro and stayed in my home. Chaos was being her typical self and wasn’t eating for the first day. Mel touched base, and although I wasn’t concerned, she noticed something atypical and let me know. Would be happy to have her again!”

“First time using Rover and having Jade as a sitter. She updated us with pictures and checked in with us. We have 2 very energetic dogs, one being a 6 month old puppy and she did very well with them. We hit bad weather on the way home and she went to go let them out for us as we were going to be late, and we so appreciated it!! She tidied our house up and shoveled, too! Went over and above! I will for sure book her for future pet sitting!”

About: I have had pets ever since I was about 6 years old. I have house sit many family friends pets from dogs to cats to any pet really. I love all animals and understand their needs. I follow instructions from owners very thoroughly as I know pets are like family to all of us and each of them have their unique schedule and likes and dislikes. I have cared for dogs and cats from when they were first born to seniors. Whatever your pet may need I will be sure to go above and beyond to ensure you and your pet are satisfied! I work part time so I am able to be quite flexible and can spend lots of time with your pets. I look forward to discussing how we can fit our schedules together! Your pets safety and well being is of most important to me, as I would expect just the same of someone responsible for my pet. Whatever your requests may be in terms of your pets safety and care I will be sure to follow them to a point!
About: I love all dogs, and by the second visit, all dogs love me. “Olena recently stayed in our house and cared for our pets while we were away. She was great about sending us updates and left our home spotless. We will definitely be booking with her again and recommending her to friends and family.”

About: I grew up with animals on the farm, rode horses for years, volunteered for the Saskatoon Animal Shelter, and have always had a home with cats and friends with dogs I gave my love to. I work full time and am gone many weekends to visit my partner, which is why it’s not feasible for me to have my own pets right now, but it gives me great opportunity to love pets that aren’t my own right now! As of June 2026, there are 152 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Warman. Enter your postal code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Warman maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Garbage & recycling: Taking garbage bins to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Warman walking routes, the location of your favourite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Warman choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
You can find what you need to review a sitter on their profile before booking with them. Each sitters’s profile on Rover shows verified reviews, identity check, and ratings to give a glimpse of how their previous visits went. You can also use the Meet & Greet to walk through your home, identifying which areas, like your bedroom, are off-limits or not. Requesting details of your home security through the app can also be a good way to have your sitter keep you updated about your home.
If you have security cameras or doorbells, Rover asks that you disclose them to sitters before you book.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a veterinary professional or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
