My personal experience includes a lifetime with pets, volunteering at the SPCA, and fostering cats and kittens. Whether your pup needs a fun midday walk, or your furry friend requires in-home sitting, I’m dedicated to keeping your pets happy and healthy while you're at work or traveling. Your furry family members receive dedicated, specialized care from someone who truly understands and loves animals. I'm currently working full time, but evenings after 4 pm, weekends and every second Friday I am available completely to take care of your furry family member. I can also work from home one day per week, which is usually a Monday or Thursday so I would be able to spend the day with your furry friends on those days too. I prioritize comfort for your fur babies in their own home by staying calm, being attentive and making sure your babies are happy and content.

About: I was born and raised on a farm so im no stranger to hard work and animal care! I myself am also a pet parent to 7 cats and 2 dogs and have raised cats and dogs from bottle babies to seniors. Im also a volunteer with the Saskatoon Dog Rescue and am taking a dog training course. I also have experience with dog reactivity and administaring meditations. I very much understand the importance of finding someone trustworthy to look after your pets while you're away so schedules and instructions will be followed to a T and i will send as many updates and pictures youd like while your away! Leaving your fur family at home for work and vacations can be hard and finding someone to trust while your away can be harder so please ask as many questions as youd like before booking with me!! I'm am available for walks and checks in between 10am and 6pm everyday. Other times are a possibility but will need to be discussed directly. I do not do boarding or overnight stays at my house but would be more then happy to pet sit at your place. When I care for a dog in their home I follow all clients instructions as well as lots of love and play, while also respecting boundaries and watching body language. While on walks I love to just see dogs be dogs, while also being respectful of the leash as well as evniroment. For safety I carry a can of pet corrector and a slip lead. If you're working on any training let me know and ill be sure to follow exactly what you're doing to reinforce your current training.

About: Hi! A Little About Me 🐾 I’ve been an animal lover and pet caregiver for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I cared for our two dogs—a Border Collie and a Jack Russell Terrier—as well as two cats, two batches of kittens, fish, and two budgies. Our family also fostered dogs and puppies through New Hope Dog Rescue, and while I was in high school, I had the opportunity to briefly work with SCAT Street Cat Rescue. As an adult, I’ve continued caring for animals, including two guinea pigs who were part of my family for five years, as well as caring for my parents’ cat while they’re away. What Sets Me Apart: I believe pets are family, and I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own. Whether it’s sunshine, rain, or snow, I’ll make sure they receive the care, attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Your pet’s safety, health, and happiness are my top priorities. I want every pet in my care to feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Currently I'm a casual employee, so my schedule is generally open. With 2-3 days notice I can typically make requests work, whatever times would be best for you, I can make work. When caring for pets in my clients' homes, I treat their pets and space with the utmost respect and care. I take the time and effort to earn both your trust and that of your pets, making sure theres a feeling of comfort, love, and safety while you're away. During drop-in visits, I prioritze safety first - ensuring gates, and doors are secured. I keep a close eye on your pets overall well-being by following your instructions and maintaining your routines to create a stress-free environment and experiemce for both you and your pet.

About: I've had everything from husky puppies (senior now) to a senior Chihuahua. I love walking, snuggles, and positively reinforced training (I am also food-motivated). I'm also comfortable using a prong or martingale collar. I'm comfortable walking pullers with high energy as well as small dogs, and am up for anything from a walk around the block to 10k around the river. Older dogs that need medication, help on and off furniture, special walks or more clean-up are no problem - they only get old if we're lucky & they deserve the world. I'm comfortable with crated dogs or free roaming and am more than willing to continue training while you're away. I work from home 4 days a week, and can take breaks as needed for pee breaks or walks. My weekends are usually free, so I'm happy to go for a jaunt, and don't mind (almost) any weather. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my priorities. I understand how important it is to trust someone in your home and with a member of your family. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they have fresh water, appropriate meals, a clean space, and plenty of attention suited to their personality and needs. I’m patient and attentive, and I understand that every animal is different. Whether your pet loves walks and playtime, prefers quiet company, or needs a little extra time to warm up to someone new, I’ll respect their boundaries and let them set the pace. I’m comfortable following feeding instructions, reinforcing established training, cleaning up after pets, and keeping litter boxes tidy. I’ll also respect your home, keep doors and gates secure, and pay attention to your pet’s behaviour and well-being. If anything seems unusual or concerning, I’ll contact you promptly. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away

About: I have been taking care of pets since a young age. It started with my own dog, who I cared for and loved for 15 years! Growing up I took care of my childhood friend's dog any time their family went away. Through out the past few years I have become the primary pet sitter for my good friends. I have taken care of their two dogs and cat while they are away or on vacation multiple times per year. I also love watching my nephew ( a sassy husky) whenever my brother needs. I currently work a two week on and two week off schedule so I am away from home for two weeks at a time. But while I am home I have lots of free time and a very flexible schedule. When in your home I will follow all rules and instructions given to me. I understand that every dog has their own comfort level. If a dog isn’t ready to come to me or be pet, I’ll respect that and make sure they feel safe and comfortable.
