While I haven’t owned a dog before, I’m very active and enjoy walks and runs, so I’m excited and more than willing to work with both dogs and cats. I’m patient, compassionate, and adaptable, and I always aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality and needs, and I’m always open to listening to pet parents and following their instructions closely to provide the best possible care.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. To keep my cat safe I regularly check for any unusual bumps or changes when petting, keep her well-groomed to prevent matting, and maintain good hygiene like clean water bowls and a tidy environment. I make sure my pet is properly hydrated, and fed the right portions. I also ensure they get plenty of playtime, attention, and care so they stay happy and healthy.

Mae did such a wonderful job taking care of everything while we were gone, we would happily have her back to pet-sit again. She provided lots of photos and was great with messaging about drop-in times. Our cats and plants looked happy when we returned and the house was tidy. She left thoughtful notes letting us know how each visit went. Mae has a gentle and kind manner, our cats get along well with her, we highly recommend her as a sitter.
Mae is a thoughtful and caring pet sitter. She cared for my cat Cecily for a weekend, and did an excellent job. All the requests were followed and I came back home to a happy cat. I would recommend Mae to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter for their little friends with paws.
Mae is an exceptional caregiver for pets! Her care for her cat Puffin goes above and beyond, and his health is no doubt at an above-adequate level. Additionally, her calm demeanour while with pets and animals in general is something that will make her a great candidate for this opportunity.
Mae is one of the most caring and pet loving people I know. Shes super dedicated and responsible, especially when coming to animals. She has one cat Puffin who she cares for daily. She also has a neighbourhood cat who comes around once in a while, giving him treats and making sure he is healthy!
I believe that Mae is a responsible and loving pet caregiver. In the many years I’ve know her, she has treated her pet cat, and many other animals, with kindness and compassion. Mae would even go out of her way to visit friends just so she can see their pets and play with them! Overall, she loves animals and loves to take care of them as well. I cant think of anyone else better fitted for this opportunity.

Schedule
I’m a nursing student who loves helping both people and animals in my free time. Currently, I am taking summer classes and working a casual job with a fluctuating schedule (because I am picking up shifts when I can). Depending on the day, I may have to visit pets before 6:30 am or after 7 pm due to long shifts. However, my schedule is pretty flexible until September, and would usually be able to visit or walk pets on an agreed time.
