About: I have had the pleasure of owning two black labs over the last 45 years. Love to hike and like the company of a dog to come along. I am now retired. Looking for reasons to go for a walk. Would love to look after a dog to keep me company and give me some company during the day. I have a fenced yard. Have always kept my dog on a leash when walking. Dog hair in the house isn’t an issue. Lots of attention given

About: I’ve had animals all my life growing up and into my adulthood. I currently have a female senior Golden Retriever that’s fixed and a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy that love to be social and make new furry friends. I’m currently home all day to care for your dog. Whether I take them to the local beaches and hikes. Or hang out in the yard for play time and to go potty. I have a semi fenced acre property that is in a quiet neighbourhood. I am 6 minutes away from the local beaches and hiking trails.

About: I’ve been a massive animal and dog lover my whole life. I’ve owned and cared for dogs as long as I can remember. I have tons of personal experience caring for dogs, as well as work/professional! I have worked at a pet store and two different doggy daycares before relocating to Nanaimo from Victoria, BC. I have experience with various different dog gear products such as harnesses, halti, gentle leaders, prong collars, e-collars and more. My personal experience and professional experience have given me the confidence to be comfortable navigating any scenario that could occur when dog walking. I’m also very familiar with different training practices and would be more than happy to apply my knowledge on walks :) I spend my every day life with my 3 year old dog. We go for walks on the beach, in the forest or just stick with a chill walk around the neighbourhood. We do a lot of physical and mental stimulation at home, which I’m more than happy to do with your pet as well. For care in my home, I have a large sized dog crate if your pup needs time to chill out and take a breather. My whole house is pet safe and I have a dog who loves all animals. If your animal isn’t comfortable with other dogs, they can safely stay separated while in my care.
