About: I have had a dog or taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. Family, neighbours and friends have all relied on me to help take care of their pets for many years. I am a huge animal lover and a health care worker and will always provide the best and safest care for your pup. Recently I have fostered some dogs through a local rescue and helped them find their new home. I have learned alot about behaviours and training with these pups. We love to play in the yard or go for walks, and have lots of snuggles on the couch :) I currently work part time so have lots of time available to spend with your dog! My flexible schedule allows me to board your pet overnight any day of the week, or drop in for visits/walks. I have a fenced back yard and two small dogs to keep your fur baby company! Each and every fur baby is the most special, and I always make sure they know that. My name is Hanna and animals are truly my life. I have spent my entire life spending as much time as possible with ALL types of animals. For me, growing up it was Dogs and Horses... Not only was I completely obsessed - but I was also the neighbourhood dog walker/babysitter. We lived in a fairly safe area, and most people would let their dogs have free roam. That being said, if they ever couldn't find their dogs, they were usually hanging out with 5 year old me, in my yard, or my bed. I began volunteering part time in barns and stables at the age of 7 years old. Every weekend I was taking care of all the barnyard animals, sheep, pregnant cats, injured ducks, birthing cows, nursing horses - you name it. During this time I also volunteered at the local SPCA, playing and brushing all the animals, and walking the dogs. As I grew older, I became the go-to in my neighbourhood whenever pets needed extra attention. I had two dogs on my street alone that needed regular medical support, and their owners weren't fully comfortable administering medication. One needed regular insulin injections, and one had part time subcutaneous pain management, that turned into full-time geriatric support I would help with. I was also the go-to when they couldn't take their babies on vacation with them, both in my parents house (Sorry Mom and Dad) and at their owners home. At the age of 13 I was on payroll with an elite Hunter/Jumper barn. I was part of a team that cared for 27 high performance show horses, with the most expensive horse in the barn being worth 1.2 million dollars (He happened to also be the best cuddler.) I stayed with this stable all through the rest of grade school until I went to Pharmacy school. Working with this team is still, to this day, the best working experience I have had in my life. Currently, I have the most wonderful Staffy mix, and he is truly my "soul dog". He is 8 years old and the biggest sweety pie ever, my Mother calls him "the marshmallow". We have recently signed up to be volunteers with St. John's, so that we can visit patients and eventually students who could use a dose of happiness. He loves other dogs, and kids, or anyone that will talk to him - and he will gladly share me with anyone we have in our home. I have both the passion, and the experience to give your babies not only the love they deserve, but also the care that they need while you are away, either at work or on vacation. “We were very happy to leave our dog with Bee and Scott and their dog. Our dog was well cared for as Bee walked him a couple of times, at least for an hour.each time. Our pup enjoyed playing with their dog who was very well behaved. Bee fed our dog lunch and cuddled with him on the couch. Bee's love of dogs and her affection for our dog was obvious. I’ve always grown up surrounded by so many pets which makes me so compassionate towards every fur baby; I have a sense for dogs especially. I had a 13 year old Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier for almost 10 years who has passed on December of 2021. He was my life. Now I vicariously live through the fur babies I get to spend time with and spoil my favourite little frenchie niece! “Amazing! This was my first time leaving Lucca with a pet sitter and so I was fairly nervous. Haley and Mark were amazing. Lucca needs at least 3 or so good walks/runs each week to be at his best and Haley and Mark delivered! I received regular updates with pictures and Lucca looked so happy. I also worried that Lucca could come home with some undesirable new behaviour but Haley and Mark were respectful of the rules we have for him and Lucca came back to us just as we left him. Haley and Mark are great. I highly recommend them and I will certainly consider them.firat if I need a dog sitter again.”
