We tried a two-hour sample stay first and that went very well so the full days that we needed puppy day-care were an easy transition. “Diana was friendly and flexible, willing to take Earl at short notice. The facility seems nice. She sent a number of photos and two quick videos of him. She took him for a walk, and played with him. Unfortunately, Earl was unable to relax while he was there. That, as well as the distance from our home, means that we won't be using Diana's services again. It just wasn't a good fit for us, but I have no concerns about Diana's capability.”
