“Lauren took amazing care of my cat, Rosie, for two weeks while I was away. She was so attentive and caring, and I came home to a happy, relaxed cat. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah did a wonderful job taking care of my cats with daily visits while I was on vacation. She went above and beyond when they started to get stressed and go outside the litter box. Introducing some remedies to try to help, all while communicating and discussing with me first. She played with them and gave them lots of love. Couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of them.”

“Holly did such an amazing job. I tell people my cat has separation anxiety but really it’s me. I’m usually afraid to leave him alone but Holly hung out with him the whole time it was so nice. About: I've had pets my whole life but it wasn't until I adopted a dog of my own that I truly learned what it means to care for one. I now have experience with reactive and fearful dogs, counter conditioning, desensitization, and canine enrichment. I just received notice of an indefinite layoff so I will have all the time in the world to do something I genuinely enjoy. I feed both my dog and foster dog using enrichment tools(snuffle, puzzle, Kong, find it) trim their nails with a Dremel weekly, give them meds daily. They're always so excited for their daily walks, rain or shine. Though our foster boy needs to be bundled up to handle the cold. I believe following a routine is important. Pets will be fed when they're used to, given meds as prescribed by your vet. Light grooming if requested (I may charge for more challenging grooms. Details can be discussed). If your dog is afraid of nail trims, brushing or anything else, we can work together on cooperative care to make necessary care less stressful for them.

About: I am a pet lover, having owned several cats, guinea pigs & hamsters over the years. I love all breeds of dogs. Over the past 15 years, we owned a bichon and a maltese and I have enjoyed looking after my friends' and neighbours' dogs whenever they needed someone. I received my Pet First Aid Certificate in January of 2020. I believe all dogs are special and I promise I will treat your pet as my own. I am available for dog walks, even in cold temperatures or temporary sitting at your home or mine. I am available weekdays and evening and weekends. I have a fenced-in yard & many doggy supplies such as beds, pee pads, dog bags, food bowls, leashes and treats. My family is usually at home to help out should I need them. We are a family of dog lovers! Please note, doggy daycare is an 8 hour day. Additional charges will apply and overnight is a 12 hour period. I am operating full-time as a Rover representative. Apart from my responsibilities for our own dog, I am available for most services on weekdays and weekends. Just check my calendar. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed to.

About: Hi, my name is Shannon and I am an avid animal lover. My family has owned dogs, cats, hamsters and guinea pigs since I was 8 years old. Currently, in my home, are two quirky 3-year-old pug brothers, one cuddly 10-year-old pug female, and the alpha of them all, a 12-year-old bichon-poodle mix. My fur babies are fed a specific diet, on a schedule, that includes supplements as well as medications. The 12-year-old male wears a diaper as he has a hard time (or chooses not to) control his bladder when in the home. It is checked and changed regularly. I walk the 3-year-old brothers 3-4 times a week, during cool weather, and have been successfully working on re-call, reactivity and pulling. I would love to be able to provide the same compassionate care to your fur babies as you see fit! I hope we are a good match and look forward to chatting more. Thank you! I currently work Monday-Friday from 8:35AM-2:45PM. I am available from 3:30PM-TBD Monday-Friday, as well as full weekend availability, and overnight if needed. I am a substitute teacher so I am also available every so often full days on Fridays and Mondays depending on DSBN schedule. I will ensure your pet's water is changed regularly and that they do not have access to anything that could cause potential harm - fragrances, sprays, diffusers, foods etc. If your puppy is an avid chewer I will create a space that is as free as possible from any household objects that may look fun to bite on, while also keeping on eye on your fur baby at every moment possible to correct, remove or replace any non-puppy friendly toys. I will respond to your pets needs as required for bathroom breaks, meals and treats. I will clean/change litter or training pads as they become soiled. I will ensure your pet is provided any necessary medication as directed based on time and amount.

Remy J.
“I've never seen a better caregiver than Remy, especially when it comes to pets. They are a loving and caring soul, and will go above and beyond when making sure that these fluffy companions are well looked after. They are attentive to their daily needs--from good food schedules to walks and exercise--but they are also not ignorant of any special needs as well. If something seems awry, Remy will notice and address it. Grooming? You betcha. Medical needs? It'll be taken care of or delegated to someone with the appropriate expertise. Socialization? Couldn't have anyone more patient for it. If you've got pets, Remy'll be able to help.”

Nicole G.

“Nicole took great care of my cat Percy. She provided detailed visit info and sent photos so I could see how he was. Great communication. Highly recommend Nicole!”

Alexandra M.

“Alex provided excellent care for my cat. She was thoughtful, caring and efficient. I will be rebooking!”

Sarah S.
“As a pet owner who is way too attached to their dog, I enthusiastically recommend Sarah as an exceptional pet caregiver. This is partly because of her kind and loving nature and also because of Sarah’s inherent and sincere love of animals. I have observed first hand, the dedication, loyalty and respect she has for her four-legged friends. Sarah also has the ability to relate to and really bond with each animal, which is why, she’s so attentive and sensitive to their individual needs. As a result of the reliable and devoted care your pet will receive, you’ll return to a very happy pet. You’ll also have the peace of mind, that you’ve entrusted your furry family member’s care, to someone that will treat your pet as if they were her own.”

Yvonne & James P.
“I'm so grateful for the outstanding job Yvonne & Jim always do when house & dog sitting for us in Niagara Falls. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our pup, Teddy, always makes our time away stress-free! From the moment we met, it was clear that Yvonne & Jim take their responsibilities seriously. Their prompt communication and willingness to follow our pet care instructions put our minds at ease. We appreciate the extra effort they always put into playing with Teddy, taking him on lots of walks, giving him lots of snuggles & making him feel so loved. We also love all the updates with photos/videos they send during our time away - it's nice to see how much fun he's having! Returning home to a clean and well-maintained house is always an added bonus and as much as I know Teddy is happy to see us, I know he misses Yvonne & Jim when they leave. Always makes for a fun reunion when they return for the following sit - I don't know anyone else that he gets THAT excited for, they're both definitely some of his most favourite humans! I would wholeheartedly recommend Yvonne & Jim to anyone in need of reliable and caring house and pet sitters.”
