I work at home during the day from Monday-Friday and care for my Shih tzu throughout each day. I bring her for many walks each day. I am flexible in the care for my clients pets. Bosko was not aggressive, but he did growl and tried to act tough around other male dogs. He was subjected to dozens of dogs in our house over the years of dog sitting on Rover and he never hurt, nor attacked another dog. Bosko loved to play with smaller dogs and was very kind and gentle with them, even if they knipped at him, or bit at him. About: We ♥️ Dogs!! Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Great Dane Harper Grace 3 years ago. Being a Nurse with a heavy workload it didn’t seem fair to adopt another just yet, so we have been a fur free home and really missed the joy of a pup around. I am now recently retired and love to travel. I thought Rover would be an excellent opportunity to get some wet noses back into our lives in between trips 😉 I am patient and active. An early riser and a rule follower. I have Great Dane experience having had 3 rescues of our own, including one with special needs. We have hosted Labs, German Shepherds, Golden Doodles, Border collie/poodle, perfect mixed breeds, Great Danes & Jack Russell’s in our home for weeks at a time. All went home tired and happy but truth be told…I always have a hard time saying goodbye. Looking forward to supporting you and your fur babies needs. About: I am a former dog owner of an 18 year old Cockapoo I lost 1,5 years ago. Prior to this I cared for my 19 year old Spaniel/terrier. In addition, I am listed on Trusted House sitters as a Five star House/pet sitter. My last girl, I took care of her in Pallative state, administering, meds, special allergy bathing , going to the Vet for fluids and other treatments. Carry her down the deck stairs for her potty time when her ability was no longer there to climb up and down stairs etc. I had both of my dogs as a puppy and trained them with some dog trainers and my own training. I still have bedding, dishes, wire and mesh crate, toys! I am retired, I have some spare time depending on some days between appointments and trips into Ottawa. I would be more available during the day and early evenings I have a fenced yard, with plenty of grass down below the deck area. I am close to walking trails and sidewalks outside of my home. I do have a wired and mesh crate. I may administer some oral medication. Walk, feed, give lots of love, hugs and attention to your fur baby!
