“Thank you so much for spending some time with our pups while we were out for the day! We appreciated you accommodating us on such short notice and for the care you took to let us know how the drop in went and even take some photos. It gave us great peace of mind knowing the dogs weren’t housebound and had some company midday! Thank you again!”

About: As a holistic health practitioner and lifelong animal lover, I bring a calm, caring presence to every pup I meet. Whether your dog is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, I meet them where they’re at, offering walks, cuddles, playtime, and lots of love. Your dog will be treated like family, with personalized care, clear communication, and thoughtful attention to their unique needs. I’m here to make their time away from you feel safe, relaxed, and joyful. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so pet care easily fits into my daily routine. I walk myself 3 times a day and often like to explore. Walks, playtime, feeding, and cuddle breaks naturally blend into my flow, and I always make sure each pet gets the attention and love they need. Whether it’s a calm companion or an energetic pup, I can meet them where their at. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the animals and the space with deep respect and care, as if they were my own. I ensure your pets get lots of outdoor time and exercise for a good night's rest! I take time to connect with each pet so they feel safe, seen, and loved while their family is away. Cleanliness, communication, and calm presence are my priorities, so you can feel confident and at ease knowing your pet (and home) are in nurturing hands.

About: I’ve owned and been caring for dogs since I was seven, with hands-on experience raising puppies, supporting seniors with arthritis, and giving special training and attention to dogs with unique needs, like three-legged or anxious pups. I’m comfortable administering medication, handling allergies, and tailoring walks or playtime to each dog’s needs. I even have 2 very friendly pups that I can bring over for a playdate (if your dog would love/benefit from that). I’ve been the trusted go-to for family, friends, and neighbours for years—handling walks, feeding, training, and giving lots of love. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priority. I work from home and live right in Cochrane, so I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day and evenings to check in, play with, and walk your pets. Whether it’s a midday walk, evening visit, or extra snuggles, I can easily fit pet care into my daily routine. I always prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine in your home. Whether that means yard playtime, walks on leash, administering medication, or managing crate time and feedings—whatever your pets need, I can handle it with care and attention.

“Michelle did an amazing job with her drop-in visits to look after our cat Bear while we were away for almost 2 weeks! I felt very at ease knowing she would be there each day to check on her and our house. She was very friendly, responsive and went the extra mile for us to check on our house when the temperatures dropped. We will happily rebook with her again in future and would definitely recommend her to others!”

“Sara was excellent to work with! She gave great communication throughout the day, with lots of pics - which helped us feel secure - knowing our pup was being well cared for. We look forward to our next outing and having you in our home with Molly. Thanks so much Sara!”

About: We are both avid dog lovers with years of experience. We are both fit and healthy and enjoy getting out of the house. The reason we don't house pets of our own is due to the restrictions on our living situation. So for us this is the next best option to getting in some four legged friend time :) Hayden has experience caring for a range of animals, from working police canines back in New Zealand to incontinent elderly pets (Dog sitting situations). Collectively we have owned, cared for and raised dogs from puppies through to mature aged canines. We have lived with and cared for dogs of all sizes, natures and breeds. We would just like the following information prior to taking any pets out for walks. - Aggressive tendencies - Reactivity issues (In particular what causes the reactivity e.g. bicycles, other dogs, children) - Level of recall/obedience - Medical issues/Injuries - Allergies - Level of fitness (How long does your dog normally walk for) - Tools used regularly for obedience e.g. slip leads, e-collars, treats, bite toys. (We do not own or use e-collars, and would only use tools you as an owner would be comfortable with) This information just helps us ensure our safety and your pets safety whilst we have them in our care. Hayden works varying hours depending how his schedule is set that week which gives him more options for varying walk times to meet your preferred walking times. He predominantly works in the afternoons, so early morning before 11am is usually good to go. Kathryn works Monday to Friday and is available in the evenings and weekends to take your pet for a walk. If we are booked for any reason on certain days and you wish to try squeeze in, please feel free to message us, we just have a set number as a default as to not over extend ourselves, but we are relatively flexible with an extra booking here and there. If you have a particularly difficult 4-legged compatriot Hayden would be the one to take them. Hayden would just require a meet and greet and evaluation of the dogs behaviour for safety purposes. Hayden works off of the premise that a tired dog is a happy dog, and exercise is the greatest way to manage anti social behaviour with your pets both inside and outside of the home. Dependant on the extra precautions required, may include extra costs.

About: As a family of six we ran a dog boarding care facility for over a decade. Fur babies have been our companions for most our lives. We enjoy outdoor exercise time with dogs. The company of a pet while relaxing at home is second to none. Life is only as good as the company you keep. We are a stay at home business owning family. With 6 of us and our friends and family coming or going throughout the day there is someone almost always home. Our boys are 22, 20 and 18 years and our daughter is now 9 years of age. We love cuddles and outdoor walks/jogs with dogs. Over night stays welcome or Pawsitive Pet Playcare! We are happy to accommodate your regular routine so your pet care is consistent while you are away. In Summer 2023, we welcomed a Yorkshire terror into our family. She’s been fun. Seen as dogs come with various personalities and traits we will enjoy getting to know your dog and socializing yours with ours. We can separate our dog from yours if necessary. If your dog is allowed to be on couch or bed we can accommodate that at our home.

“Jaeden was very easy to communicate with and visited my two cats, checked food and water, with no issues. She even went above my expectations and swept clean the entire litter box area! Thank you Jaeden”

About: At a glance: 🦴 I can serve the Cochrane area 🦴 I work full-time, 8½ hrs 5 days a week, I will dislose my exact schedule for the upcoming weeks if you're interested 🦴 I can visit before or after work, so advanced notice it best 🦴 I can visit on my couple days off Hi! I'm MakiahFaith—thank you so much for stopping by my page! I'm genuinely passionate about pets, and I’ve been working with them in various roles since 2021, starting at age 15. Let me tell you a bit about my journey! I’ve always loved animals—growing up with cats and a small dog, I knew early on I wanted to work with pets. My first gig was walking a large senior dog in my neighborhood, and from there, things took off! That same year, I completed a 4-day “Intro to Veterinary Medicine for Teens” course at Olds College, which really challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way. In 2022, I volunteered at a local veterinary clinic, and soon after began regularly cat-sitting for a client who found me through Facebook. I still check on her cats when she's away—building that trust means so much to me. By 2023, I was accepted into the Veterinary Technical Assistant (VTA) dual-credit program at Olds College, where I graduated with honors. Although I initially planned to work in vet clinics, I eventually found my calling in pet retail and grooming. Today, I work full-time at a pet supply and service store. Previously in roles such as a dog bather, pet care specialist, and recently, a process lead (yep, I even open and close the store!). I’ve worked with birds, small animals, reptiles, fish, and bugs—and I’m trained in dog bathing tasks like nail trims, paw pad shaves, and more. I’m working toward becoming a mobile dog groomer and building a flexible, pet-centered lifestyle—and I’d love to care for your pets along the way! Whether they need a walk, a drop-in, or just some love while you’re away, you can count on me to treat them like family. 🐾 Right now, I’m offering short to hour-long drop-in visits, dog walks, or light grooming appointments (bath, dry, nail trim, foot trim—depending on what tools you have at home!) in the Cochrane area. Since I work full-time, my availability is mostly: Before or after work shifts On my two regular days off per week (which vary slightly) This is my first time using Rover, so I’m starting small and local. I’m saving up for grooming school, which will eventually help me offer more flexible services—and one day, run my own mobile grooming business! I’ll be keeping my calendar up to date and doing my best to respond quickly to any messages. If you’re looking for long-term drop-ins, I’d love to help—just keep in mind they’d be once daily so I can balance everything and still give your pet the attention they deserve. 🐾 I’ve discovered that I thrive when I’m working for myself, staying true to my values, and putting my energy into something meaningful—like caring for pets. I want you to know your pet is in good hands. I’m not here to force affection or push your pet past their comfort zone. While bonding is always a bonus, my goal is to be a loyal, consistent sitter who shows up with care and respect for your animal’s boundaries. I take pride in thorough, quality work. I will only accept and complete a service if I feel it is safe and appropriate to do so—your pet’s well-being always comes first. I’m here to give you peace of mind, not make unrealistic promises. Recently I've turned 19, and since graduating high school, I’ve grown through both opportunities and challenges in my work. These experiences have shaped me into someone dedicated, loyal, and persistent. My priority is always doing what’s right for your pet and supporting your family however I can. 🐾

“Christopher was AMAZING with Jasper!! It was our first time using the app for drop-in and we’re so happy with the results! He made Jasper feel so comfortable and he was able to get him out of he’s comfort zone and get playing, thank you so much!”

About: I've lived with and been passionate about dogs as far back as I can remember. As a child, then raising my own kids, there was always a dog or two (or three) in the family to love and learn from. Along the way, we forfeited holidays, or took them with us when possible, because we never trusted "strangers" with our dogs and didn't want to impose on family or friends. It was always my hope to offer the kind of service to others that I had wished for ... somewhere SAFE and CLEAN, with a PASSIONATE dog person who is CARING and TRUSTWORTHY. Now I finally have the time to offer that service. Along with our two friendly goldens, your pup will enjoy all the comforts of home in a safe and loving environment. Our home is all about the dogs ... comfy, clean, dog friendly, with lots of attention, toys and cuddle time. We have a securely fenced yard, with trees and shrubs for exploring, a separate (clean!) fenced in potty area, and scenic walking trails for daily exercise within our beautiful, safe neighbourhood. I'm looking forward to offering your pup a stress free vacation so you can enjoy your vacation too.

“May is a friend of ours, she has helped look after and train our staffy cross over the last few months she was in england. When she first came over i told her Tinks (the dog) was nervous around new people and she was very understanding and took it very slow with our pup. After around 10 mins the dog was comfortable around her and the very next day may was sending me videos of Tinks jumping around very happy and excitable on the first walk with may. I was very pleased! She worked on Tinks leash manners and within a week Tinks was walking wonderfully. May never let me down and i am so grateful for her help”
