About: I was lucky enough to grow up in a household with all types of childhood companions. From a very young age I was learning the responsibilities of caring for young puppies, dogs, cats, bunnies, and even guinea pigs to name a few. Today, that passion has grown into a deep commitment to providing thoughtful, reliable, and loving care for every pet I meet. Whether your pet is playful and outgoing or shy and slow to warm up, I take the time to connect with them at their own pace. I believe in treating all animals with patience, kindness, and respect just like family. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I follow routines closely, give plenty of attention and affection, and make sure they feel loved while you're away. I also provide regular updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring hands with me! I currently have a full time job as an Early Childhood Educator. With that being said I only have a 4 day work week which allows me to have lots of spare time throughout the weekend and Mondays. I often keep my weekends pretty quiet which allows for a lot of flexibility. I would also be open to week day walks/drop ins depending on the time needed! I would prefer to meet your pet before the first official booking to better understand their personality, routine and any special needs they may have. Together we could create a personalized pet care routine that meets the unique needs of your furry friend! For a drop in visit I would also ensure to respect your home by keeping your pet secure, and making sure the environment is safe and tidy before my departure.

About: I am a huge lover of animals, and I’d love to take care of yours! I have a lot of experience with animals; I grew up in the country where we had lots of dogs, cats and cows. I’ve volunteered around the world to tend for exotic animals prior to their release. In addition, I’ve volunteered with parrots at the sanctuary in Carleton Place. While I’d love to get my own dog or cat for my place, I’d like to save up for their care beforehand. Whatever your pet needs from medications, extra long walks or a special diet, I am happy to work with them. I’m excited to meet you and your furry friend soon! I work full time at FreshCo in Carleton Place. It is a half hour drive but my boyfriend and roommate are typically home during different hours if you’re comfortable with them letting the dogs out etc. I’ve added my schedule below. My schedule: Sun 12-8 Mon 9-4 Tues 10-5 Wed 12-9 (can be adjusted to 3-9 if a dog is staying with us) Thurs 10-5 I have a clean recently purchased condo townhome. I have a small fenced in backyard and lots of areas and trails to walk pets. I have most necessities for animals such as pet food bowls, toys, litter boxes etc. Our home is very sound proof so if your dog is particularly loud that’s okay.

Though I haven’t had the chance to own a pet as an adult, I’ve never missed an opportunity to care for the pets of friends and family whenever I could. About: Hello! I have over 18 years of experience in cat sitting. I had two cats during high school that I looked after and for a few years after that. I then moved out and after begging my parents for a dog for a long time, my partner and I decided to get one. We have one terrier mix who is almost 9. About 12 years ago I babysat for a family, which soon turned into looking after their family dog when they went on vacation. I did that for about a year then we moved. At this point I have several past clients who can provide references for me. I work a full time job but work from home so this allows me flexibility for dog walking during the daytime still and doing house visits. The longest I have cared for a families pet is two weeks, so I can do long term sitting if required. Please message me if interested and I look forward to hearing about your fur pets! I work full time and have two kids. I can pet sit in the mornings, midday on my lunch, and once in the evening. On Sunday’s I am always fully available and Saturdays I work so it’s the same schedule as weekdays. I will follow any instructions provided and crate as required only. I prefer clients with fenced in yards but if not possible than it would be a walk visit.

About: I have cared for cats and dogs my entire life. My family bred Labradors, Great Danes, and Rottweilers while I grew up, so have a lot of exposure with doggy care. Although I currently only have a cat, I love all animals and would be happy to make your pet's life better while they are missing you :) I have a flexible work schedule which allows me to make my own hours, and work remotely. About: Joelhyn has been a dog walker and dog sitter since she was about 14 or 15 years old. She started by babysitting and those families entrusted her with their pets while the family was away, to care for and clean their dogs and cats. She also walked dogs for some of the older neighbours in the area who couldn’t do it themselves anymore. Shes taken many different kinds of dogs on walks, given them baths, fed them to specific instructions and played with them till the sun went down! Kyle has owned pets his whole life, always having two dogs in the house as well as two cats and various types of reptiles or rodents throughout the household too, so specific instructions for pets is not uncommon for him. He loves to play with any type of pet & loves to go on walks with them. Joelhyn is currently working and in school both part time but would love to spend her spare days with your lovely furry friends! Kyle is in school part time as well & we both own vehicles so getting around is no problem for us! One of us should always be available to care for your pets! Bigger dogs will almost always go to Kyle but he loves the smaller pets too! Assuring doors or gates are closed before bringing animals outside & always ensuring collars and leashes are on before going outside and before leaving a clients home. Walking dogs in a safe area and making sure to give them lots of time to walk or run as well as bringing poop bags to properly dispose of later on. We would love to do a meet and greet so you feel comfortable with us & get to know your pet!

I've been the primary dog sitter for several friends with their cat/dog. About: I’ve been a Veterinarian Technician for 17 years. I have experience working with many different species. I have also done lots of pet sitting throughout the years. I am capable of giving medications, nails trims, supportive care, you name it! I live on a hobby farm so have experience with chickens, goats, donkeys and horses.
