They sent regular updates, photos and little videos that really made us feel comfortable leaving our boy for the 11day trip. They even had us fresh apples cut and something to drink when we got back later than expected from our flight home! We would definitely recommend them for any Rover services that they offer!”

About: I've been taking care of animals since my first cat when I was five. I grew up on a farm taking care of all types of animals. We currently have two large dogs and a cat at home. I walk, train, bathe, and take care of all our pets needs. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I am a former social worker and am currently completing my after degree in nursing. My days will be open in the spring and summer. (May-August) I unfortunately, will not be able to have pets in our home. I have no issue spending a night or two at your house. I am able to take care of them in their own environment without causing them any needed stress.

“We have had the good fortune of having Kennedy stay in our home to care for our cat and dogs several times, and we always come home to happy, calm, well cared for pets. Kennedy is amazing at giving medicines and following (intricate) feeding regimes, and really takes the time required to get to know the personality of each pet. We have an anxious geriatric larger dog who finds change difficult, a blind mid-size dog with a sensitive tummy, and, until recently, a really geriatric cat. Kennedy has been wonderful with all of them, giving extra attention where needed, walks even in crummy weather, and providing us with updates and pictures. I am so glad to have found Kennedy, and I know our pets are too because they sure enjoy their vacations from us!”

About: I’ve loved dogs my entire life, more than I can put into words. I have cared for my own pets since I was 7. Currently I have a 5 year old Olde English Bulldog and let me tell ya, she is no cake walk. I am a big believer that training and love make a huge difference in the life of a pet. I am also a big believer in RESCUE! I have been rescuing dogs since December of last year, with no end in sight! I work with amazing families down in Mexico to find loving homes and the funds to care for the angels. With this, I transport the pups and usually have to hang onto them in my home for a few days working on their training and adjustment process! I’ve never met a dog I didn’t like. I would love to meet your fur babies! I think I have a big understanding of dogs behaviours, as well as an even bigger understanding that each angel deserves time, affection, and patience while they find themselves and figure out how to live the lives they deserve. I work a 4 on and 4 off schedule, so unfortunately I cannot commit to select days of the week most of the time. I work days, afternoons and nights, which means I will usually be available at hours many are not! I will not be able to accept pups or cats into my home at this time, as my bulldog Frieda is a solo artist! I am happy to spend time with them outside of the home or in the comfort of their own homes! I have care for my pup most of the time so overnights won’t be much of an issue either! I lost my 15 year old baby boy in December of 2018. He was very old and required constant care, medications and accommodation. I loved him more than I could ever say. Senior dogs need us. They need love. They need someone who cares. I am happy to walk, play, and care for your pet! Just give me a holler.
