“Robin was great! She did 3 pre-visits (we booked her a month and a half in advance). She stayed in our home for almost three weeks. Gave us almost daily updates with pictures. Our two fur babies were calm and relaxed when we came home. The house was left clean and in order. Will be using her again when we go away!”

“Jen is amazing! Harlow and I are both very happy with her :) in the videos and pictures she sent I could tell Harlow was very comfortable with her, which is very rare for her with a brand new person. Already have Jen booked again and hope to continue booking in the future!”

About: I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, including turtles, rabbits, dogs, and cats. I understand how stressful separation can be, so I focus on providing comfort, reassurance, and consistent care to make the transition as easy as possible. I work a casual Job in Beaumont so my schedule is very flexible im almost always available to dogsit! I live outside of Edmonton so im willing to drive to pretty much any dogsitting location (usually they’re closer to my work) I make sure all your pets needs are met just like my own pets such as walks, medication, different diets etc. Any messes made inside or outside (poop) will be taken care of. Update pictures are sent every other day I can even do update calls if you wish! Not just your pets but I make sure your house is kept in pristine condition during my stay and for your arrival back!
“Ana took such an amazing care of our little Luna! While we were away to Mexico for a family vacation, Ana made sure to let us know how Luna was doing and shared photos of her which we appreciated much. We would love a future sitting with Ana’s family!”

“Adrianna was a wonderful pet sitter to our two cats and dog! She spent the days at our home and provided daily updates with photos. When one of our cats had a medical issue while we were away, Adrianna kept us informed, communicated clearly and even offered to take her to the vet which provided so much peace of mind. We arrived home to a clean house and pets who were clearly loved and cared for. We would happily hire her again! Thanks for everything Adrianna”
“Stephen took excellent care of our pets and our home. He stayed at our home for just over 3 weeks while we were out of the country and we had complete piece of mind with him taking care of our 3 cats and our dog. Stephen was very responsive and clear with communication. He also ensured that he visited a couple of times before house sitting so that our anxious dog would be more comfortable with him. I completely recommend Stephen for your pet needs!”

About: I have over 26 years of hands-on experience caring for animals, from family pets to long-term sitting and daily care. I grew up around animals and have been responsible for feeding routines, walks, medication support, litter and yard care, and providing calm, consistent companionship. I am currently ready and available seven days a week. I look forward to meeting and caring for your dogs. I love getting out and going for walks and hanging out in the yard with them ☺️ I care for pets as if they were my own, with a strong focus on safety, calm routines, and respecting each animal’s individual needs. I understand how important trust is when someone invites me into their home or entrusts me with their pet. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully and keep pets on their normal schedule for feeding, litter box maintenance, medication (if required), playtime, and quiet time. I make sure doors and windows are secure, keep the environment clean, and watch closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health. I’m especially attentive to cats, understanding that they thrive on consistency and familiar surroundings. I maintain a calm, low-stress environment and never force interaction—pets set the pace. I provide updates, photos, and clear communication so owners feel informed and reassured while they’re away. Overall, my goal is for pets to feel safe, relaxed, and cared for—and for owners to feel confident knowing their pets are in responsible, experienced hands.
“Catherine was an awesome dog sitter, my two puppies absolutely loved her. I received lots of pictures and my fur babies were always happy. Thank you for a taking such good care of them💜”

“I am a very anxious person and my dogs are my world and they made me feel so good about dog sitting. My dogs only spent a few hours with them but during that time I got so many pictures that were very reassuring. They were also very accommodating and came to my hotel room because I am not from here. 12/10 would hire again”

About: I’ve been around dogs of all sizes breeds and personalities my whole life. I am comfortable and confident caring for dogs that are small, large, shy, social young or old. I’m currently completing an online diploma, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This means I’m available for pet care throughout the week and on weekends morning afternoon or evening. Since my studies are self-paced I am able to easily prioritize your pets needs and give them attention time and care they deserve whenever it’s needed. “Kelsey took good care of our babies while we were away. Aside from one day which they were left alone a little longer than we would have liked (over 12 hours) and she didn’t contact our alternate, who we had to call to come and let them out. We completely understand that things come up which is why we gave her our neighbors info. But otherwise our animals seemed to be well cared for and walked a couple times.”

“Colby was an absolute pleasure to work with! She kept in great touch, was very accommodating to our requests, and took such wonderful care of our dog — he was happy and relaxed when we got home. The house was left immaculate, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. We’d happily have her back anytime!”

“This is the second time I’ve booked Alyssa to take care of my four animals and again she was amazing! Two of my cats are on medications and she eased my anxiety about leaving them. I’m so happy I have a reliable pet sitter now that goes above and beyond the standard pet care !! :)”

Tamarack pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kennedy was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive to zorro and sent us updates on how his day was going. She took him for three walks and made sure he was fed and brushed. I don't think he missed us at all lol. Would definitely ask her to house sit again. The house also looked amazing when we got back. Great experience. I would say the best I've had on here.
Jaden watched my dog and my sister in law’s dog at my house on two separate days while we were away from home for wedding events. We were so impressed with her attention to detail and thorough care of the dogs. She is very responsive by message and her passion for animals really shows in her great attitude in her update messages. She was very reliable and punctual! Both dogs loved their time with her. We can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for dog sitting services! Thank you Jaden!

Jenna went above and beyond to take care of my reactive dog and older cat while my partner and I were camping. She sent numerous photo updates and gave them lots of love. She administered medication and left the pets very happy and the house clean. Would definitely hire her again!

Rebecca stayed at our house for 9 days and watched our two dogs while we were away in Mexico. We are so appreciative for her great care of our house and mutts. We got picture updates and her communication was great. Having her in our home was such a blessing, knowing our dogs were safe and happy in their own environment (instead of a kennel). We were able to enjoy our trip so much more. 100% would recommend her and will hopefully be hiring her again in the future.
