Robin was amazing! She not only helped with my puppy but she put away my dishes and helped with the laundry. She also stayed as long as she could to accompany my late flight. Thank you Robin

Robin was great! Took care of my pup and the house well and was communicative and responsive.

This was a very upsetting and unacceptable experience. When I returned from my trip the sitter had left my back door unlocked, did not take out the garbage for the entire stay (the house smelled strongly when I returned), and my dogs did not have access to water. My 3.5 month old puppy was kenneled for over 10 hours at a time and was also left outside for extended periods without supervision. During the stay, my puppy destroyed toys and items in the house that should have been prevented with proper supervision. Most concerning, on the fifth day the sitter admitted she does not have experience caring for puppies, despite my profile clearly stating that I have both an adult dog and a 3.5 month old puppy, and despite us completing a meet-and-greet beforehand. I also felt that I was not given honest communication during the stay. My dogs’ safety and wellbeing are my top priorities, and this experience fell far below an acceptable standard of care. I will not be booking with this sitter again and will be hesitant to use the platform in the future.

Robin was great! She watched our two kitties while we were on vacation and sent lots of photos and left our home quite clean. I would definitely book with her again!

Thankful Robin was able to care for our dogs.

We recently used Robin to care for our 15 year old senior Pomeranian. She was incredible. Not only was she punctual, but she sent daily updates and photos of our girl while we were away. She administered her medication with zero issues as well. Gave her all the belly rubs and treats. After she left and we arrived home we noticed our old girl looking for Robin. Highly recommend and we will be using her again. Thanks Robin!
