About: I’ve been around, owned, and loved dogs and cats my entire life in addition to working at dog daycares since I was in high school. I love working with and caring for animals, and pride myself on my patient and gentle approach. I’m currently a student and working part time, as well as being a mom to a cat and dog of my own. About: Hi, I am Halle! I grew up with many dogs, including a Pug, Pomeranian, Wheaton Terrier, Golden Doodles, a Poodle, and Boston Terriers. I worked at a dog groomers and have experience pet sitting other breeds, including Labs, Alaskan Klee Kai, Great Pyrenees, Border Collies, and other mixed breeds. Because of this background, I am very comfortable with high energy puppies, large breeds, and senior dogs that need a slower pace on walks. If you choose to board your dog at my apartment, my routines include 30 minute walks, play time in a fenced in dog park (which is apart of my complex), feeding, and baths as needed. I am comfortable giving them medication as long as there are instructions (for example, oral medicine with instructions provided by a veterinarian). I highly prefer that your dog is potty trained and does not bark loudly, as I will not be at my apartment the entire time to watch them. Safety is my number one priority for myself, the dogs, and their caregivers, so proper communication will be required for Rover services. I’m currently available for walks in the morning and afternoons. If you board your dog at my apartment, I will take them on 3-4 walks per day. I am flexible right now and my schedule can change depending on the services you request. Walks- I can come to your house/apartment to take your dog on a walk. Client’s home pet sitting service- same applies^- I can come to your house/apartment to care for your pet’s needs. Boarding in my home- I request that your pet be dropped off at my apartment with food and food/water bowls, toys, leashes, and their crates if they need them. I maintain a clean, safe apartment and do not have my own pets. My apartment complex has a large fenced in dog park. I will regularly take your dog to this park for play time during their boarding. *Safety- there is no smoking or other dangerous activities in my home. Communication is my priority to ensure that your pet remains safe and healthy. I will provide periodic updates to confirm that they have been fed, walked, played with, etc during your service.

About: Hi! My name is Marcela, and I’m a lifelong animal lover with a special place in my heart for both dogs and cats. I have two dogs of my own, Chester and Athena. Chester is my small rescue dog, and I’ve had him since I was 9 years old. I truly grew up with him, and he has been by my side for most of my life. Chester is deaf, and as he’s gotten older, he has also developed anxiety and takes medication to help manage it. Over the years, I’ve learned how important patience, consistency, and understanding an animal’s individual needs can be. I communicate with Chester using hand signals and gentle body language, and caring for him has taught me so much about connecting with animals at every stage of life. Athena is my pit bull, and we love spending time outdoors with our animals. Whether we’re going for walks, playing, or simply enjoying the fresh air, I genuinely love giving animals attention, exercise, and plenty of affection. Athena has also had difficulty getting along with other dogs, so we worked with her through training to help her become more comfortable and learn how to interact appropriately. This has given me firsthand experience with the patience, structure, and careful management that some dogs need when around other animals. I also have hands on experience caring for a cat with significant medical needs. My cat, Fergi, was diagnosed with HCM and eventually developed end stage heart failure. During his illness, I became very familiar with the day to day care that comes with heart failure, including administering medications, monitoring his breathing, appetite, energy, and behavior, and paying close attention to small changes in his condition. Going through that experience also taught me how difficult it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care when they’re sick or have special needs. I know how much worry can come with wondering if they’re okay while you’re away. Because of that, I want to be the kind of person who gives another pet parent that same sense of comfort and reassurance, knowing their pet is being watched over with patience, love, and genuine care. I absolutely love cats, and after recently losing Fergi, I’m not quite ready to bring another cat into my home yet. I would, however, love the opportunity to care for and spend time with other people’s cats. It would be really special to have that connection again while giving your cat the love and attention they deserve. I also take pride in the everyday care I give my own pets, including brushing my dogs’ teeth daily. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. My Dad went to school to be a Veterinarian, so we have always been around different animals. I have two cats at home, and recently just lost my beloved dog, Lexi! I currently work as a flight instructor so my schedule is very flexible! Shatoria was absolutely awesome! She stopped in to check on my cat Olivine while my roommate and I were away for the weekend. During our initial visit, Shatoria asked a ton of questions about Olivine and her routine, some that I hadn’t even thought to bring up, which was great. During the actual visit, she passed along lots of photos of Olivine with her update. She also took a photo of her automatic feeder so I could see how Olivine had been eating, which I appreciated. I had never hired a pet sitter before, so that came with some anxiety, but Shatoria made me confident that I was leaving Olivine in great hands! I definitely know who to come to if we ever need any more help with Olivine in the future.
