It was quite challenging but it’s fun! When I came here, we adopted Maggie and Lyka when they were still puppies. Maggie is a 7 years old Pug and Lyka is a 3 years old Boston Terrier. I can do oral medication administration, I have had a senior dog experience and can provide daily exercise for your pups. My schedule is flexible so I can usually take on new dogs at a moment’s notice. I will update you regularly with pictures and videos to give you peace of mind during your time apart. I am working from home so most of my time will be caring for your fur baby. Daycare drop-off no earlier than 6:00 am and pick-up hours anytime in the afternoon. We have a large fenced backyard and our two dogs, Maggie (Pug) and Lyka (Boston Terrier) are very good with all dogs. They love to play and will keep your fur baby company during their stay. The dogs are in and out all day using 9 steps. We have security cameras and limited access to our property.

I also have experience with farm animals as well horses, cattle, goats etc. I’ve also had house with combinations of dogs, cats and horses. I’ve also had experience with epileptic dogs as well and having to give medication to pets as well. Although I do not have my own when I am house sitting I make sure to schedule my personal life around the pets I am watching. When pet sitting the pets I am watching are my number one priority. My work schedule during the week I typical work 8-9 hours a day and on the weekends I work I typically work 10-11 hours days. Even with working if the pet requires walks I will make sure they are getting the exercise they need before and after work regardless of the time. I am a very trustworthy pet sitter I have clients that are okay with friends or significant others coming over and I have others who are not, either way I fully respect that clients choice. When it comes to the animal I will not push the animal to do anything it does not want to do like going for a car ride, or anything else that may make the pet nervous. I'm currently working part time to help put me through college, so I have plenty of time most days to come in and take care of your dogs. I know how to make sure your dogs is safe and taken care of, and will follow any instructions about how you specifically want things done. Everyone does things differently, and I want to try and keep their habits as similar to normal as possible.

I have no resident pets and board only one household at a time, so your dog gets plenty of individual attention without having to share their space with unfamiliar dogs. I have more than 20 years of experience owning and caring for dogs and have also fostered dogs for rescue. I especially love caring for small breeds, senior dogs, shy or sensitive dogs, and dogs who may feel overwhelmed in a traditional kennel or busy multi-dog boarding environment. My home has a securely fenced yard for potty breaks and outdoor time, and dogs are welcome to make themselves comfortable here—including on the furniture and in bed if that’s what they’re accustomed to at home.
