With over a decade of experience caring for dogs that need daily medication, I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and patient. I take time to play, comfort, and bond with each animal - not just to meet their needs, but to make sure they feel loved and secure. Just let me know how I can help! All summer I am FREE! During the school year I’m available for some Saturdays, all Sundays, and weekdays after 6-7 PM. I am a teacher! Whether you need an evening walk, weekend drop-in, or someone to spend a little extra time with your pets while you’re away, I’m happy to help whenever I can! When caring for pets in their own homes, I make sure they feel completely comfortable and loved while their owners are away. I follow each pet’s routine closely — feeding times, walks, medications, playtime, and cuddles — to keep everything as familiar as possible for them. I’m available for week day walks, drop-ins, and extended sitting, depending on what your pets need. I have over 10 years of hands-on experience giving medications to my own dogs (one of whom needs multiple meds daily), so I’m very comfortable administering pills, liquids, or injections if needed. Communication is a must for me. I will always let you know if something comes up, all I ask is the same from you! If we have clear communication from the start we will be just fine! Whether it’s walks around the block, belly rubs, backyard fetch sessions, or just sitting with them for comfort, I give every pet the same love and attention I give my own - Roscoe and Blue have taught me how much those little moments matter. My goal is always to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

“This was my first experience with Rover. I selected Lucyna because of her reviews and location. I took my very active German Shorthair Puppy over for a meet and greet. He and Lucyna’s German Shepherd hit it off immediately after their sniff and meet. Lucyna and I agreed it would be a good fit. We left our dog for two nights. Lucyna kept me updated on how my dog was doing including cute pictures. She took both dogs for walks (not an easy chore considering their size and energy level). She treated my dog as one of their family. When we picked him up he was “sort of” happy to see us. My surprise! I thought he would be head over heels! He obviously loved and felt loved by their family and dog. And because they played constantly, he came home and immediately napped. A good sign. Definitely recommend Lucyna to take care of your favorite canine. This was the first time our dog had been away from us and now I can feel comfortable traveling while I leave our dog at his new home away from home.
