“Exceptional Care for Two Special-Needs Cats Jennifer provided outstanding care for our two cats during a three-day trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful. One of our cats is diabetic and requires glucose monitoring along with insulin injections twice daily. Our other cat has chronic kidney disease, so careful observation of food and water intake, litter box habits, and overall behavior is extremely important. Jennifer handled every aspect of their care with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine compassion. She kept us informed with regular updates, closely monitored both cats, and quickly noticed even subtle changes in their routines and behaviors. It was clear that she treated our pets as if they were her own. Knowing that our diabetic cat was receiving accurate glucose readings and insulin injections on schedule gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. About: I’m reliable and loving. I’d love to be connected with your fur babies. Any age is fine with me. I have a puppy and a senior. Think about this summer when you are out having fun and have to rush home to feed or walk your pet. I don't overnight in my home or yours because I have four animals of my own. Sorry. I’m retired and have a very flexible schedule. Most any time of day . Night time in a well lit area is preferred for me I don't overnight here or at you home as I have to be here for my own pets. But I can spend the day .

About: We are a household of animal lovers! Both my husband and I have had dogs and cats all of our lives, even spent time training dogs to be good citizens and therapy dogs. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
