“Sylvia was a perfect fit for our dog. Daisy tends to be a little shy but was best friends with Sylvia within an hour.. if that. Sylvia was great at sending me pictures throughout the day of my furbaby. Daisy looked very comfortable and relaxed. When I went to pick her up, Daisy had already claimed Sylvia as her person and did not recognize me for about 15 seconds..which felt like a lifetime. Although I felt alitte jolted..it showed me that my dog really liked Sylvia and that..my friends..is priceless. Thank you once again for becoming my dogs... person.. while we are on vacation.”

About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I also know the feeling of worrying that they are in the best care! I can assure you that they will be! I am retired for the most part. I teach yoga a few hours a week but I have plenty of time. I can take your dog for several walks, AM or PM. I do not have a fenced in yard but do have a very long leash to allow freedom in the yard. I also live in a great neighborhood with lots of dogs. My dog recently passed but we used to take lots of daily walks and had lots of interactions.

About: I was raised with cats, I had either one or two cats my whole life up until I was about 35. When it came time to get pets again, I chose guinea pigs due to the allergies of someone else in the home. I have had up to 5 guinea pigs at a time and currently have two when my daughter comes to visit I help take care of her two cats that travel with her. If my husband and I are driving down the road and I see a dog without an owner, he automatically pulls the car over so I can attempt to rescue and find their owner! I am the extreme dog lover who carries an extra set of leashes, water bowl, and treats in our car just in case. I grew up taking care of and training a German Shepherd and Sheltie. I have owned/and or fostered a few Golden Retrievers, Border Collie, Black Lab, and a Rat Terrier/Red Heeler mix. I love high energy dogs, have strong arms to handle pulling dogs, and enjoy leash training and teaching basic commands. I have also taken care of farms and multiple kinds of farm animals. About: I’ve always had a dog in my life, and it was my responsibility since I was young to care for our family pets! I am 32, and at the age of 13 I started housesitting dogs/cats for neighbors and friends. Consistently in the last 10 years, I have taken care of pets for family and friends while they are out of town. I have a 15 year old dog who is blind, so I understand the desire to have someone give specific care and love to an animal with special needs. About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and parakeets, and my mom bred and showed dogs, so I learned early how important patience, consistency, and attentive care are for every pet’s personality and needs. As an adult, I’ve primarily cared for cats and currently have a diabetic cat of my own. I’m very experienced with glucose testing and monitoring, administering insulin injections, recognizing and managing hypoglycemic events, and giving calm, compassionate care to pets with medical needs. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their pets because I’m dependable, observant, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires extra attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m recently retired, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. While I do travel occasionally, my trips are planned well in advance and I keep my calendar updated. I’m available for drop-in visits and dog walking, and I enjoy helping pets stay comfortable in their normal routine and environment while their owners are away. I only provide care in the client’s home because I believe many pets feel safest and least stressed in familiar surroundings. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and comfort needs so I can provide calm, reliable care while you’re away. I’m especially experienced with cats and pets requiring medical attention, including diabetic care, glucose monitoring, insulin injections, and recognizing signs of hypoglycemia. I treat every home respectfully and communicate regularly with updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I love animals and I have experience owning and caring for dogs and cats of any age! I worked at a cat cafe for a year and have a cat of my own, so I am used to being around animals all the time and taking care of them. I also have experience caring for dogs with special medical needs. I am unemployed so I am available anytime. About: I was a Mom of 3 dogs, so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust to take care of your pets. I currently work from home so that gives me the freedom to care for your pets. I can do morning, lunchtime and evening walks. I can do overnight stays. I will do a meet and greet to see what makes you and your pet comfortable. I will learn their schedule so I can keep them on their normal routine.
About: I have always had pets in life (dogs, cats, rabbit, hamsters, fish) and even adopted a dog to live with me when I was in college. The majority of my experience is with dogs and it spans all sizes and breads (from an 8-pound Maltese to a 70+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier). Over the last few years, I have worked with several animal shelters and opened my house to foster pets in need. During this time I have worked to train puppies and taken care of pets that required special attention due to illnesses. I have recently retired and now have plenty of time to live the dream of caring for and playing all day with your fur children. About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I also know the feeling of worrying that they are in the best care! I can assure you that they will be! I am retired for the most part. I teach yoga a few hours a week but I have plenty of time. I can take your dog for several walks, AM or PM. I do not have a fenced in yard but do have a very long leash to allow freedom in the yard. I also live in a great neighborhood with lots of dogs. My dog recently passed but we used to take lots of daily walks and had lots of interactions.
