“The only issue with boarding my girls with Lynn, is that my dogs seem to suffer from postpartum depression for a couple days following their stay. You cannot find a better, more caring, surrogate dog parent for your 4 legged kids. Lots of playtime with Summer (Lynn’s girl), homemade treats, toys galore, cuddles and snuggles at will,… I could on and on… (BTW, unlike Amazon’s reviews, you can take this one to the bank!). We had a such a great vacation knowing our dog Duke was well taken care of by Dee. We received daily video and photo updates. We liked that he got to spend time with her dogs and run around in her big backyard. Dee communicated well regarding Dukes behavior and our discipline strategy. We left her a training collar and discussed using trazadone for anxiety. It took him a bit but he seemed to learn the boundaries with her dogs once they were established. She gave medication when needed and as prescribed. Overall Duke was anxious at first being in a new environment but seemed to calm down after a few days. Dee did a great job taking time to learn Dukes personality, behavior and needs. She was patient and treated him like one of her own dogs!
