She came prepared with thoughtful questions at drop-off and even reached out when Kepler started chewing on a deer antler, just to double-check with us. That level of attentiveness meant a lot. Tycho and Kepler got tons of playtime with her own pets, including her dog Morty and her cats, and they clearly had a great time. As an added bonus, her son was incredibly sweet with our dogs and spent time cuddling with them, which made their stay even more special. “Susan was great taking care of our little Annie! Annie wouldn't eat her regular food so Susan made some "home cooking" food and Annie ate it all up! Thanks! Annie enjoyed her regular walks by Susan and had a great time playing with other puppies. We were updated daily with pictures and comments on how Annie was doing, that was greatly appreciated!
