She constantly reassured us how good he was doing with other dogs, told us how happy he was (and supported that with lovely photos), and even gave him his heartworm and tick meds at the start of the month. “Carla and her family are incredible! I was in Cleveland for work and unexpectedly needed a dog sitter She was super helpful and understanding. She took my dog for walks every day, even though she barks at every cat or dog she sees when she’s on walks She sent me videos and updates without me having to even ask. I’ve never had a dog sitter before so I was kind of nervous about texting everyday because I didn’t want to be annoying, she willingly sent me updates and even offered to allow me to come visit when I miss her. “Tom and Tolley and the whole family are great! This was our dog’s third stay (2nd boarding overnight) and we were a little apprehensive initially, because our dog has separation anxiety. Our dog did very well and was very excited to go back. Tom and Tolley were professional, reassuring, caring and receptive to our dogs needs. She was treated like one of the family and had a great time.. received daily updates (text, photo, video) with feedback during her stay. It was a very positive experience overall for us and our dog. It was nice to get away and not worry and feel comfortable that our dog was in good hands and we could trust them to provide and care for her. 100% positive experience.”
“I was super nervous about leaving my puppy Simba for the first time. Zachary and his family took great care of him. I love that the backyard is fenced in and the dogs are able to run and play.
