“Taylor was fantastic. She took wonderful care of our dogs and home. We had last minute flight delays and ended up needing to add an additional night and she could not have been nicer or more helpful.”

“Shannon was amazing!! She dog sat at our house for 9 days and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving my pups in her hands. She provided numerous photos every day with an update on how they were doing, and I could tell she was taking great care of them from the photos. Getting home, the house was exactly as we left it (probably even cleaner haha). Thank you again, Shannon!”

About: Happy to host/board small dogs (less than 25lbs please). Our neighbors will complain of a dog that barks a lot (i.e. seperation anxiety). My house 🏡 is spacious and is located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of areas for routine walks. I will abide by any rules you have for your pet (no feeding at the table, etc) and will treat them with care. I travel for extended periods of time (checkout the book called "Rooftop Diaries, Global Adventures with BradtheNomad") so its tough to have my own dog year-round, but when in the area I'm happy to host your small dog whenever needed! Just message me for dates in advance to coordinate. In the past few years I often looked after a Pug, Jack Russell, Chihuahua, Dachshund, Min-Pin, Shih-Tzu, Terrior Mix, Cockapoo, Goldendoodle, Maltese & Yorkie. Working part-time so can adequately take walks and spend time with your dog(s). Just a friendly reminder that if I need to run to the store or gym, that seperation anxiety/barking will cause neighbors to complain. They are welcome to make themselves at home. If you have a specific routine/diet just jot down some notes on the description or in a message and we're good to go!
“Melanie was a huge help. Having a dog with anxiety it’s hard to know who should care for Blaze. Melanie gave her outside time, treats and rubs and we came home to a very happy dog! ( a first!). It was so nice knowing our pup was well cared for . Melanie communicated well, was on time, answered any questions I had as a new dog parent and understood our dog’s needs. Thank you Melanie! We would love to have her over again.”

“Ariana was extremely professional and super nice when communicating with us. She sent frequent updates on the dogs and took good care of them. Will definitely be booking Ariana again!”

“Izzy had a great time with Azeez!! It showed in the pictures and when we got home Izzy was relaxed. We can not thank you enough for watching our special fur baby. Highly recommend!”

“Kaleigh was a last minute booking. She was able to come to my house sight unseen and take care of my puppy who has terrible separation anxiety and is not good in a crate while I was out for the day. My puppy got snuggles and a walk and did not need to be crated all day. Kaleigh did an excellent job with very little instructions!”

About: Hi! I’m Sydney. My best Christmas ever was when my parents surprised me with my first cat when I was 13. Ever since then, I’ve never gone without having a cat by my side. I currently have two cats and a dog. My pets are family- I would do anything for them. I know how important it is to trust the person you choose to care for your pets, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I’m huge on communication. Rover requires to send at least one photo during the visit, I’ll send 10. You’ll never have to worry about me taking long to respond or giving short responses. I treat my clients how I would want my own sitters to treat my pets! I work full-time in office, but my schedule rotates frequently and the hours are not always the same, so I have a ton of flexibility. I have no issue working 10 hours and going straight to your home. I will care for your pets with the same love and affection as I do for my own! I will follow your care instructions very closely and keep you updated on how your pets are doing. *Covid conscientious: happy to wear a mask during any meet-and-greets!*
About: I’ve taken care of animals all my life. I have had dogs, cats, bunnies, ferrets, lizards, guinea pigs and I wish I could have more! I am truly an animal lover! I have always taken the upmost care of my animals needs - they are family members to me. I currently have one cat and I live with a family member so my own animals needs are not an issue. I have always groomed my animals as well. I have not done much hair clipping, but have taken my shot at it. I can bath, clean ears, clean eyes (stain treatment), trim nails, brush teeth & brush (after a deshedding treatment a backyard/porch would be best). I have taken care of elderly dogs and cats that are on special diets and medications. So, I am very good with just about any type of administration of meds/any diet requirements - even the blind! I’ve also nursed dogs found on the streets back to health which was a very rewarding experience! Feel free to ask! I am comfortable with aggressive dogs. I have worked with aggression before and am able to deescalate almost any situation. I have also trained all my dogs myself. Last cool thing about me - I have a vet in my family! I’ve always trusted him to guide me in the right direction if I need some help. It’s imperative to always get a professional opinion, but I’ll always ask for your vets info first! Lastly, I will always ask for a meet and greet before taking a job! I would like to meet your fur babies and you also - we can chat more about habits, challenges, routines, likes, dislikes ect. (If you’re more than 30 mins away from my location - 20$ for a meet and greet, sorry gas!) I look forward to hearing from you - hopefully I can make this a simple process for you! I work from home so I am with my cat almost all the time, but I do live with family so finding someone to help me is easy if your fur babies need me! I live in an apartment and have no dogs at the moment, but I have trained my cat to walk on a leash and I usually only take her to quiet places - living in Norristown your bound to hear a beep or too which would scare my kitty! When I had dogs though one would walk freely, but I still keep the leash on for safety purposes and my other walked on a harness. I am comfortable with walking a dog on any type of collar and most harnesses as well. Can take dogs out every 2-4 hours if needed. (Only if staying in home) If not staying in home only able to do walks and drop in during the evenings on the weekdays. Any and all animals will be met with patience in leaps and bounds sprinkled with love!
About: Hi, I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 13 years old. I have two dogs at home and I am an experienced sitter and I can’t wait to take care of your fur baby’s. I’m correctly working full time at this moment. I am more than happy to work with your schedule. I can’t wait to take care of your fur baby’s. I take safety, trust and responsibility very seriously. I do have a fenced in backyard, but I will be not working at my location due to my dogs.
About: I’ve been around pets since I was little. Growing up my mom always had cats, dogs, chickens she took care of all the animals. After getting married and having kids I decided it was finally time to adopt my dog Charlie. He’s a sweet loving 2 year old beagle. He’s great with my 3 kids and is super playful with other dogs. I have a huge yard which is fenced in and I live right by a trail so daily walks are always something i do. I work from home part time and my schedule is flexible so there’s always someone home. My yard is fenced in and very easy for the dogs to go out back and be safe. I live right by the schuylkill river trail and love taking walks with my dogs in the mornings, mid day and mostly in the evening when it cools down. I own a big house with a huge fenced in yard. I take Charlie on walks daily around town. If errands need to be ran I will communicate with the dogs owners to let him know and about how long I will be gone for.
“Camille was wonderful and our 12 yr old, 10lb terrier, as well as 3 cats, took well to her immediately. Camille was great with communication before and during (photos) pet-sitting. Thank you Camille!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds for the past 8 years but am new to Rover. Friends, neighbors, family, strangers including my plumber trust me to walk, feed, bathe (when necessary) and give loving attention to their pets and their homes. I specialize in creating a calm, safe environment and can handle everything from energetic puppies to older dogs who need gentler care to pets with anxiety. Whether it’s a long walk or snuggle time, I treat each pet like my own. I work full-time mostly from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to care for pets during mornings, evenings, midday and weekends —whatever best suits your pet’s routine. A typical day of dogsitting with me is filled with attentive care, regular routines, and lots of love. When staying with pets in their own home, I respect their space, prioritize their comfort, keep things clean, and always follow the owner’s instructions. When in my own home, your dog is treated like a special guest. 👑
“We just had Kathleen watch our dog for the first time last night, and we were very happy with her. She watched our dog, in our home, for a few hours while we attended an event. Our dog is well-behaved but he suffers from separation anxiety. Since our dog only met Kathleen once before at our meet and greet, he was especially anxious when we left him alone with her for the first time yesterday. Kathleen messaged me to let me know what was happening and was very patient and attentive to our pup’s needs. She genuinely cared about making him feel comfortable and letting him get to know her. We were very grateful for her excellent communication with us and her gentle and caring approach to our dog. We look forward to watching our fur baby again. Thank you, Kathleen!”

Sharon has watched our dog twice now at our home and she is the best! She is extremely flexible with timing, provides a ton of updates throughout our trip, and goes above and beyond to give our puppy attention and love! Our dog is a larger high energy pup and we feel so comfortable leaving our dog with her and cannot wait to book her again!

Shannon is the definition of professionalism. We were thrilled with the care she provided to our 9 month old dog. It was the first time we left him alone for more than 3 hours and understandably we were nervous. Shannon took excellent care of our pup and that peace of mind is priceless. A++
Luisa was an absolutely life saver & sent from above. We had a horrible accident with our previous dog sitter in March & I had so many reservations leaving our new puppy alone for the first time with a new sitter. Luisa was professional, attentive & superior in every way. My fur babies felt loved & cared for the entire time we were away. She also went above & beyond with both pets - for example, teaching our puppy to walk on a leash, bringing our cat a kitty puzzle, etc. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Robin is the best fur baby house sitter. She did a meet and greet before and took very good care of my dog while I was away for a week. She kept Willow on her schedule and sent me pictures during her stay. She even cleaned my house so I had no cleaning to do on my return. She is very pleasant, kind and a joy to have as a house sitter. I almost did not want to give a review so I can keep her all to myself! Lol
Diana stayed with our senior Boxer, Chelsea, (13 y/o) for a week while we were out of town. Chelsea is not used to having a sitter, but Diana was able to make her feel comfortable enough to eat, take her meds, and even want to get in bed! We received daily updates and photos which allowed us to relax and feel confident that Chelsea was in good hands. The house was immaculate when we returned and Chelsea was wiggling. We would definitely hire Diana again and highly recommend her!
