About: I grew up on a farm so I've been surrounded by animals my entire life. I have experience with dairy operations, including milking, cleaning, and birthing goats. I also have experience caring for goats, horses, mini ponies, dogs, cats, small reptiles, birds, and guinea pigs. I have been pet sitting since I was 15 with all of the perviously mentioned animals. I also have experience in training horses as well as puppies. I also have experience working with a variety of aged animals, including seniors, so I am able to adapt to additional needs. I also have experience administering medication to a variety of different animals. I am looking for a part time position while I finish up my studies at UVM. I only have classes in the evening two nights out of the week. I can be flexible to drop by and hang out with your pet during the day, if it's better I can also hang out with your pet for most of the day if I can study with them! Also if you contact me with enough notice (~ 3 days) I will most likely be able to make time of the weekends to provide care! Typically I like to meet the pet while the owner is there to see their personality while they have the comfort of their owner there. Then I try and establish trust and connection with your critter while you are there so it won't be as scary when I return while the owner is away. I try and stick to the critter's normal routine, whether that's going for a walk, playing, or feedings at a certain time or in a certain manner to try and maintain their normal routine as much as possible.

Sarah was so kind and spent a lot of time with me on the phone and through texts making sure she was available for the time of the ride and then used her knowledge of the area to find the perfect meeting spot and the right plan and activity for Louie while we were gone. About: I’ve had pups my whole life from small breeds to large breeds. I’ve walked dogs and pet sit at both my home and clients homes as a part time over the past several years. I have both small animal (dogs, cats, etc) and large animal (horses, cows, goats) care experience. I have my own pup and can share our routine with a client’s dog! We spend about 2 hours walking each day, plus plenty of weekend hikes and swims. I live in the national park and am available for anyone visiting and wanting time to explore the trails without their pup. Walking, feeding, grooming, and love! I am flexible with owners needs and preferences. I have a very sweet Colorado mountain dog that would accompany us during client pet care.

About: *Convenient location* I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and reptiles since I was 11 years old. The majority has been spent with dogs and cats but I love all types of animals. Some of my favorite breeds I’ve looked after are doodles, boxers, and labs! I have a very flexible work from home job as an Executive Assistant where I have plenty of time to play, go for walks, and spend time outside in the yard or at nearby parks and hiking trails. I like to keep animals close to me inside the home so they are monitored. When we are outside, I always like to use a leash and avoid contact with other animals unless you recommend taking your dog to the dog park for social interaction. Part of my yard is fenced in where dogs can play and enjoy time outside off leash. I also have no roommates or pets so my home is a very relaxed and safe environment.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, as well as horses, cats, guinea pigs, iguanas, and turtles. Two years ago I lost my 14 year old pittie Scout, and have not felt I’m in a place to get my next dog yet. However, I absolutely love pet sitting, and treat any pet I watch as I would my own!! I currently work 4-10’s, am off Wednesdays and weekends. I am able to leave work at lunch to take dogs out for short walks as needed, and can be available to take pets on adventures on my days off! Most importantly, I follow whatever instructions are provided by the pet’s owner. I give pets free rein in my house, but make sure trash/etc is closed off and do not keep plants that are toxic to animals in my house. Pets always stay on leash outside unless otherwise directed by the pet owner.

Unfortunately, I do not have my own furry friend at this time, but I would love the opportunity to watch yours 😊 I’m currently working remotely full-time, and have a relatively flexible schedule to spend time with your furry family member(s)! About: I have always loved dogs! I have an 11 year old family labradoodle back in Minnesota and I also helped take care of my roommate's border collie while I was in college. Additionally, in high school, I volunteered at the Animal Humane Society as a dog walker and I also worked at the Petsmart PetsHotel, where I spent my entire days entertaining dogs. During my time in Colorado, I've been working with dogs at Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue and Dumb Friends League as well as dog sitting/walking regularly. I graduated from the University of Denver in 2019 and I'm currently living in Breckenridge as a ski instructor and working at a sushi restaurant. I can't have my own dog in my house (landlord rules), so I would love to hang out with your dog! During the summer I just work at a restaurant in the evening. I work Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:30-9ish. Other then that I’ll be around all day! I will make sure your fur baby's safety is my top priority. This means always using a leash unless your yard is fenced in or the dog has great recall. It's important to me to know if your dog is on medication and when/how to administer it as well as knowing what food and treats are okay for your pet to have.

I provide care in both clients’ homes and my own. In clients’ homes, I offer feeding, playtime, exercise, companionship, and medication administration, keeping pets comfortable in their familiar environment. In my home, pets enjoy a safe, fenced-in yard and plenty of attention and enrichment. Pets would need to get along with my cat, who is a little spicy but usually friendly with dogs. I maintain routines closely, ensure pets are happy and stimulated, and combine my veterinary experience with love and care so every animal feels safe, engaged, and well cared for!

“The minute I met Rebekah, I could see she loves animals, and that put me instantly at ease. One of our cats is extremely shy and nervous, especially around women, and I told Rebekah that she would probably run and hide when she entered our house. The first day Rebekah dropped in to feed them, she captured a photo of our nervous cat, lying very comfortably on the couch, inaffected by Rebekah’s presence, and didn’t run away at all! Rebekah called it “a win” and I agree with her! Our cats were very content when we got home, and I think that’s because of Rebekah’s lovely nature. Animals just “know” when they feel safe with certain humans, and it showed with Rebekah. She followed all our instructions and we will definitely book her again.”
