I focus on providing pet owner's with daily care at your home and can provide longer care stays and/or longer outdoor adventures. Rates vary depending on your specific needs and logistics. Just ask!

Any personality quirks or special considerations? What voice commands/vocabulary does your pet respond to? When encountering other dogs or people on a walk, how does your pet respond? Any indoor potty problems? If so, what are the specific challenges? What cleaning process do you use and where are those cleaning products located?
A typical day
I can lead your pup on a short and sweet walk or a longer trail lovin' adventure. I also offer visits at your home with plenty of play, pets, and snuggles. Care time can be extended to all day. I'm happy to provide longer walks or visits. Whether your pet needs lots of exercise or just some heartfelt human interaction. When I do overnight care I do not spend the night at your place (I have sleep apnea and use an O2 concentrator.), instead I give a late bedtime visit and then return early the next morning. We select times that mirror your typical end and start to days. During the daytime I usually bring a book and yoga mat over so I can just and hang out with the dog(s) in between walks, play and pets. This arrangement isn't ideal for all households and I totally get that. No worries if you need someone who can be with your pup overnight, there are lots of care providers who do.

Pet care experience
I've lived in Breckenridge for over twenty years, I know the area's neighborhoods, resorts and it's trail systems very well and have long lasting relationships within the community. I've had the pleasure of sharing my life's adventures with a dog by my side throughout most of my life. Formerly a local kindergarten teacher, I've been a caregiver to all sorts of sweet creatures both professionally as well as personally. After leaving elementary education, I worked as a nordic ski instructor and tour guide for over 10 years.

Great experience with Sarah, very communicative, flexible, and my pups had a great day.
Sarah was so great. We booked her for daycare while we skied at Breck and it was so nice picking up our dog happy and tired at the end of the day. She shared a ton of pictures and was very attentive to make sure Skippy had the most comfortable and positive experience. We highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs!
