About: Through out my life I have owned two senior dogs who required extra love and attention. I have trained and worked with puppies as well. About: Hey everyone! My name is Holbert. I’ve grown up around dogs of all sizes, from Yorkies and Shih Tzus to Saint Bernards, and I’m just as happy spending time with cats too. I’m also very respectful of your home and your pet’s routine, so you can feel comfortable knowing they’re in good hands 😊 My schedule is pretty structured during the week, with work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 5 and classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 to 4. Fridays through the weekend, though, I have much more flexibility and can really dedicate my time to walks, drop ins, playtime, and hanging out with your pets. I also do my best to work pet care around my weekday schedule whenever possible, so your pet still gets the attention and consistency they need. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I try to keep things as comfortable and familiar for them as possible. I follow, feeding schedules, walking routines, house, rules, and any special instructions you leave for me, also making sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I’m patient with pets who need a little extra time to warm up, and I always pay attention to their personality and comfort level. In a client‘s home, I’m also very respectful of the space. I will always leave things clean and cared for, just as I found them, if not better.

About: I have two cats currently, and grew up with dogs! I am gentle and kind to pets of all kind and love being around them. I have managed general care for dogs including bathrooming, crating, feedings, etc. I have taken care of cats including cleaning litter, feedings, and managing medicine (insulin shot for diabetic cat). Honey is a very sensitive Jack Russell skittish around new people. OMGosh! Honey immediately Loved Madi:-) The pictures that Madi sent showed Honey playing and enjoying her time with Madi. We were able to relax and enjoy are time away. We look forward to using Madi's pet services soon.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
