About: Adopting Benny, our now 6-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of our lives. He came to us as a rescue, full of potential but also in need of patience, consistency, and care. Australian Shepherds are known for their intelligence, energy, and sensitivity—and Benny is no exception. From daily walks and mental stimulation to routine training and lots of affection, caring for him has been a constant, joyful commitment. He thrives on structure and attention, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch him grow more confident and connected as the years go by. About: I've had dogs my entire life! I've grown up a HUGE animal lover and have often cared for my friends' dogs, cats, and other pets since I was younger. In addition, I am a volunteer with Hotel For Homeless Dogs in Providence, RI, and during the school year, I volunteer there weekly. I have experience with animals of all ages, from puppies to senior dogs! I promise to show your fur babies so much love and care, and to always treat them like my own. I currently have a part time job. This gives me a lot of flexibility and free time in my schedule. I am available most days of the week and on occasion the weekends. I will pay close attention to any and all needs of your dogs! Let me know and I will make sure to do it. I can easily crate your dog, feed/walk them at specific times, give them medicine, etc if needed.

About: I have been taking care of pets for friends and family for the last 5 years and it’s always been a welcome opportunity as I was never allowed to have pets growing up. I love nature so long dog walks are never boring. I also have experience petsitting so I’ll make sure your pet is never lonely. I am able to stay with your pet all day and on weekends as well. The longest I would be out is 4 hours, but that would be very intermittent. I’m respectful of clients’ homes and I want the pet to be as comfortable as possible. If the pet makes a mess I will be sure to clean it as soon as possible and the return the place to how it looked before if not cleaner.
