I grew up alongside a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 beautiful years, teaching me firsthand what devoted, long-term care truly looks like. He is anxious around other big dogs and she was very careful to introduce him to the other dogs in a way that allowed him to remain calm and feel safe. She took many pictures throughout the day so we knew that he was safe and happy. She treated him as part of her family, and we could tell that he became more relaxed and at ease each day. By the end of his stay, we weren't sure he would want to come home! We will be booking with Briana again next month. She clearly loves what she does!”
