“Vivian and her family have been helping take care of our little pup, Ebby, for a little less than 3 months now and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is so reliable, loves Ebby like she’s her own, and updates us daily with pictures and videos during their walks. We could not work full time and give our energetic puppy the attention she needs without her help. Thank you for all that you do!”

“Had a last minute same day request for our 6 month old puppy Zari! Rebecca responded immediately and was able to accommodate the drop in/walk visit! Communication was excellent. We will be utilizing her again in the future.”

“Nugget can be particular with people so it really doesn’t it my mind at ease that he seems so happy with her. Amazing job her updates were very thorough! Definitely would hire her again”

I go on daily walks myself so having a fur companion with me would be something I would love!
“Professional, kind, and friendly. My dog was staying with my mom while I was out of town- and Nicole helped us out with walks. My dog was very excited to see Nicole at walking times and my mom said Nicole was very pleasant each time during Mox’s pick up!”

About: Hi! Some things you might like to know about me: I’m a wife, I love animals (obviously) the outdoors, gardening, reading, history and I’m a nurse who graduated from Saint Vincent college - I could be a great fit for you and your pet! I’ve had many growing up: dogs, cats, goats, chickens and bunnies. I’m very comfortable with caring for animals and have experience with all different kinds from my own pets, friends, and animal shelter volunteering. I’m also open to watch and care for any other types of pets that might not fit the category of cat or dog! Message me so we can discuss! As a nurse, I only work 3 days per week! Typically one time or “on occasion” jobs work best, and attending 2x daily might not be possible if it’s on a day that i work and my 3 days that I work vary from week to week. However, please reach out anyways to see if this could be a perfect fit! I’d love to see what i could do. I’m a very responsible and organized person, so I could safely play with your dog(s) or cat(s) in your home or around the neighborhood. Being a nurse has made me much more aware and attentive of needs such as fresh water availability, food, safety and happiness for both people and animals!
About: Hi! I’ve had my own dog for the past 8 years and have been caring for and watching dogs since middle school. Spending time with animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I love getting outside for walks, staying active, and making sure pets feel happy, comfortable, and cared for. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal like they’re my own—with lots of attention, patience, love, and care. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or just having company, I’m excited to give them a safe, fun, and caring experience while you’re away! 🐾 As a part-time worker and college student home for the summer, pet sitting fits perfectly into my schedule. As a college athlete, I love staying active and spending time outside, so getting to care for animals and go on walks is something I genuinely enjoy. I’m looking for extra work doing something I love and will make sure your pets get lots of attention, care, and love while you’re away 🐾 When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible person, and I treat every home and pet with care. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get plenty of attention, exercise, walks, playtime, and any other care instructions provided. I also keep the home tidy and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away 🐾

“Mallory was a fantastic support as we were training our new puppy during her first week home. We were able to go to work with peace of mind knowing that Mallory would be there to take care of her while we were gone! Her knowledge, flexibility, creativity with games and training are so wonderful and Mallory has quickly become a very important part of our lives! Thank you Mallory!! You are truly a very caring and gifted person! We really appreciate everything you have done for us!!”

“Such a pleasure working with Christina, she is SO good with our dogs. I feel really confident in her and trust her with my pets. I highly recommend her and she is a great communicator as well!”

About: I was raised around animals, including horses and a beagle kennel. Then, I had a sweet chihuahua for 13 years that I raised and trained from a puppy. I really do love all animals, and timid cats usually take a liking to me. I’m currently working part time, so pet care fits in to my daily schedule very well. I’m flexible with availability and commute, and read care instructions carefully. I have a two story house with a unfenced backyard that I can watch small to medium sized pets. When going to client’s home, I follow care instructions very closely and provide lots of love and attention for the fur babies.
About: I come from a house where pets are treated like family members. From bunnies to horses, Ive had experience with many. I can also administer medication. I have my own organic dog treats business and I will take care of your babies as I do my own! I am currently working a full-time from home with my pups. I have a big fenced backyard where the dogs can have some outdoor time and we love going for walks. I have two small dogs that are very friendly and a doberman! They are super playful and love other dogs. I work from home full-time and my office is where my pups are. They are spoiled all day long. My dogs are very friendly and love to play but if at any point they need a little break, there is plenty of space for one on one time! I have a fenced backyard where they spend some time and a door that connects to my office so they can choose when to be inside or outside.
About: I spent my life growing up in a household full of animals. From large dogs to small dogs, to kittens & cats, I will love & care for your furry family member as if they were my own. I also have experience in walking small & large dogs, as well as our fur-legged friends who may not have much experience on a leash! I currently work remotely from my home full-time. I am available to step away during the day and take your animal for potty breaks. If there were to be an emergency, I can do my best to show up for that as well! I currently do not offer the service of house-sitting in my own home… for your pets comfort and my own pets! If an emergency were to pop-up, or we establish a relation as pet-owner/pet, I would be happy to reconsider this on a case-to-case basis.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.
Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Boquet. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Boquet.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Boquet. On Rover:
- 91% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
