About: I’m Emily! A little about me: I love to run, lift, paint, and read. I am currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Speech Pathology and Audiology who’s home for the summer! I've been a pet owner myself for about 5 years now. My family currently has three cats and has had a dog and another cat in the past. Within the last seven years I have dog and cat sat for a lot of my extended family and friends. I'm currently on the hunt for a part-time job for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands to look after and care for pets. I also have my own car and am hanging out with friends a lot, so I am always around. I am very diligent with making sure doors and windows are shut and locked to ensure that your pets do not go in or out (if they're indoor pets/ not on a leash) as I have to do that with my own pets! I also realize as it grows hotter, animals become dehydrated and hot as well, and I am careful to make sure water bowls are filled, and there is water during walks as well.

About: I have over ten years of animal care experience. From senior dogs and cats to puppies and kittens, I am patient, responsible, and fun. I would love to give your fur baby some love and appreciate your trust in me. I am free on all weekends and holidays. I do work an 8 hour shift monday through friday, 6:45am to 3:15pm. I walk daily so having a companion with me fits in perfectly. I have a fenced in backyard and a very friendly cat. I go on daily walks myself so having a fur companion with me would be something I would love!

About: I’ve only seriously taken care of dogs on my own for the past 6 years. My neighbor has hired me many, many times over the many years we have known each other to take care of her pets, but on my own she has hired me for just about the last 6 years. I’ve taken care of 2 dogs at once and have given oral meds to dogs before. I work part time, but i have plenty of time to take care of your pets! Saturday’s are my only unavailable day since I work all day. I can do just about anything you need for either dogs or cats! Once you show me what i to do for your pet, I’ll be able to help them be as comfortable and happy as possible!

About: I’ve lived with all sizes of dogs throughout my life, and I’ve been close to every one of them. I also have an older cat who receives just as much love every day! I’m a university student, so my evenings after 3pm are usually wide open in the spring and fall. On weekends or during summer, I can do any time of day! My home is not available for pet sitting, so I’m happy to walk dogs in your neighborhood or visit your pet in the safety of your own home! I’m okay with any range of attention-demanding pets and antisocial pets. I’m happy to feed your pets, play with them, walk them, or just keep an eye on them.

About: I have experience in puppy obedience training and leash training, oral medication administration, experience handling dogs of all ages and sizes, especially with caring for stubborn dogs. Also I am very familiar with taking care of pups with anxiety or different fears. I am a full time student at Boston University, but have long breaks throughout my day where I could care for nearby pets in need of attention or walks, meaning lunchtime check ins or walks work particularly well with my schedule. I am happy to follow any preferences you have for pet care, including crating your dog (I have extensive experience crate training an unruly giant schnauzer puppy), leash preferences, and feeding schedules. I typically bring water bowls and extra water for my dogs on walks to keep them feeling their best and treats to keep them engaged (treat type depending on what your dog typically eats).

About: I started caring for animals at age 4 when I began riding and working at a barn with 25 horses. At age 14, I began my first job at a pet grooming and boarding facility. At 19, I began pet sitting for families on my summers home from college. Animals have always been a big part of my life and I enjoy spending my time with them. I have cared for animals of all ages, so I am equipped with the knowledge to handle seniors, babies, and everyone in between. I have also cared for animals of all sizes, so I am able to handle animals from hamsters to horses. I have had years of experience administering medicine both orally and through injection. My experience allows me to notice details that keep animals safe, happy, and well cared for. I work a part time job working with kids. I am at that job from 8:30am-1:30pm Monday-Friday. In the evening, I go to the gym for an hour or two. I am a homebody, so if I’m not at work or in the gym, I will be spending all my time with your pet, giving them the attention and love that they deserve. I love spending time outside, so I try to take pets on walks or have them run around outside with me when I can. If our time cannot be spent outside, playtime is brought inside. We play until one of us needs to take a breather (usually the pet wins). During the evening, generally I spend quality time cuddling with pets while watching a movie or doing some schoolwork. I like taking pictures with pets to send to owners so they know their fur baby is well taken care of and happy.

About: As a nurse new to semiretirement, I am looking for some new furry friends to spend some time with. As a former dog momma to a golden retriever mix and a cockapoo, I have over 25 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages and phases of life. I am comfortable with puppies and senior dogs who may need medication or a little extra attention. I also have a 1 year old golden doodle grand puppy that I help take care of when needed. I would love the opportunity to get to know your furry family member. For me, dogs bring a unique kind of joy you just can’t find anywhere else. I am semiretired and have a lot of flexibility with my current schedule. I am available most days of the week between 9am and 3pm. About: I do work full-time, but am home in the evenings. I LOVE animals, but do not feel that I have the time needed to be a 'full time' caregiver. This is perfect for my lifestyle! I would treat your pet like a part of my family. I've always had dogs growing up and love having them as companions. I would walk your pet in the mornings and evenings. About: I started training dogs at a very young age, and decided to make it into a career a few years ago. I specialize in fearful and reactive dogs, the overlooked and misunderstood. I have open availability Saturday through Tuesday! Even on the other days I am working, I’m always working with dogs. We can always work around work schedules If your dog is up for it- I will include your dog in my daily life as if they’re part of the family. If they prefer a place to be calm by themselves, I have a few runs to offer for that as well. I also do in home training, as well as meeting up at dog friendly locations depending on the need of the dog.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have the ability to be able to stay home with my family and my pets and care for them during the day and night making sure no one is ever alone ❤️ Currently a stay at home mom caring for my 6 year old and 2 year old twins! With being home I have all the time in the world to dedicate to your fur babies. We love adventures like playing in the fenced in yard, throwing ball and going on long walks. Of course there is always love and cuddle time scheduled in with us too We bought our house for our yard! Lots of room for playing outside in the safety of not having to worry about your pets roaming off. We have a crate available for dogs who need it and are crate trained. Of course only if the owner request will they be in it.

Some things you might like to know about me: I’m a wife, I love animals (obviously) the outdoors, gardening, reading, history and I’m a nurse who graduated from Saint Vincent college - I could be a great fit for you and your pet! I’ve had many growing up: dogs, cats, goats, chickens and bunnies. I’m very comfortable with caring for animals and have experience with all different kinds from my own pets, friends, and animal shelter volunteering. I’m also open to watch and care for any other types of pets that might not fit the category of cat or dog! Message me so we can discuss! As a nurse, I only work 3 days per week! Typically one time or “on occasion” jobs work best, and attending 2x daily might not be possible if it’s on a day that i work and my 3 days that I work vary from week to week. About: I have been surrounded by all kinds of animals growing up: dogs, cats, bunnies, even reptiles so I absolutely love animals! I have experience with all kinds of dog breeds like pitbulls, english mastiffs, german shepards, and of course the smaller guys! I’ve always trained my own dogs. I have taken care of friends’ and family’s dogs since I was 14, but I have never been without a dog my whole life! I’m currently a college student studying nursing, so I have clinical until 3:00pm on Mondays and class until 12:00pm on Thursdays. Other than that I’m pretty available throughout the week and flexible on weekends, so I have plenty of time to care for your dogs! I currently live in dorms so I don’t offer boarding. But I would love to play with your dog inside/outside of your house for drop-in’s and walks!

About: I have been taking care of my own dogs and those of neighbors, family & friends for 15 years. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages and some with special needs. I’m on break from college for now, so I have plenty of free time to spend with your pets! I can take care of pets weekdays/weeknights/weekends. I will use a harness and leash each time I take them out, unless otherwise directed (such as invisible fence). Their safety and happiness is my top priority.
