About: Dogs have always been a part of my life; I’ve been around dogs since the age of 5. Growing up with dogs has helped me develop skills in order to take care of them. When my family and I adopted my Shi Zhu, he had numerous of kidney issues which meant I was responsible for providing him with his medication. We’ve adopted another dog named Lady and she enjoys going on hikes (especially if there’s a nearby creek for her to swim in). Not only do I care for my dogs at home, I’ve dog-sat for my neighbors, friends and family’s dogs; whenever i’m need, I’m always happy to take care of their dogs and go for walks. Of course I’m a dog lover but I cannot forget to mention my smaller pets; I had two parakeets growing up and currently have a fish and hamster which also receive my love and care for. I am a college student so my schedule varies often. When I am back on break, I have plenty of time to look after and provide walks with your fur pup. I will follow whatever safety instructions you give me for your dog or animals and can walk/feed/crate your dog per your instructions if needed. Trust and safety are very important to me. To ensure everyone is comfortable, I want to treat your pet the same as you do.

About: I’m Emily! A little about me: I love to run, lift, paint, and read. I am currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Speech Pathology and Audiology who’s home for the summer! I've been a pet owner myself for about 5 years now. My family currently has three cats and has had a dog and another cat in the past. Within the last seven years I have dog and cat sat for a lot of my extended family and friends. I'm currently on the hunt for a part-time job for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands to look after and care for pets. I also have my own car and am hanging out with friends a lot, so I am always around. I am very diligent with making sure doors and windows are shut and locked to ensure that your pets do not go in or out (if they're indoor pets/ not on a leash) as I have to do that with my own pets! I also realize as it grows hotter, animals become dehydrated and hot as well, and I am careful to make sure water bowls are filled, and there is water during walks as well.

About: I've been a dog/cat owner since childhood. Animals love me because they know I love them! I'm that girl who's on the floor playing with your dog at the party :). Shy cats tend to walk right up to me. My husband and I have 2 daughters (Ages 10&5). We have one doggy (Alita - rescue, mixed breed - Age 11, one cat (Whiskey - Rescue, Long Haired Queen - Age 8), & a tortoise named Shelly (of course). We have lived in Greensburg most of our lives. We've always owned and loved animals, and have often cared for family pets as well. I'm new to Rover but a seasoned pet owner, sitter and lover! I'm an entrepreneur & I make my own schedule. My weekdays are wide open. I have 2 small kids, so afternoons after 3pm and evenings are fuller for me. I'm happy to accept a few clients per weekend as well. I'm happy to visit your animals for potty breaks, walks, and playtime. At this time, I won't be inviting animals into my home, but I hope to in the future!

About: I’ve been around pets all my life. From the moment I was born we had cats and my family members had dogs. My cousin trains dogs and has been for 3 years, she gets them as little puppies and I am always around them. I walk dogs frequently and am around them frequently! I help a lot of people dog sit! I would like to get some extra cash and exercise while I am at school! I have an easy schedule this semester and would love to walk a dog or care for a pet. I’ve dog sitted many times before. Everytime I make sure I take them on walks, make sure they pee/poop, and feed them properly, but you can’t forget to love on them!! At home I love on my pets a lot, feed them, and change their litter box.

About: I’ve been passionate about working with dogs since I was 11, when I began training my own dog, Oliver, in both obedience and agility at B&D Creekside. I’ve continued training and competing in agility for the past seven years. Additionally, I have experience working at See Spot Run Doggy Daycare, where I was a keyholder responsible for the care and supervision of multiple dogs throughout the day. I also have hands-on pet sitting experience, including check-ins, feeding, playtime, and overnight stays to ensure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I take pride in providing reliable, attentive, and experienced care for every dog I meet. I have plenty of availability this summer for pet care since I’m currently on break from school and only working part-time at Starbucks. I’m flexible, reliable, and happy to accommodate a variety of schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. I’m experienced with all breeds and confident handling reactive dogs, thanks to my work at a doggy daycare and my own two reactive pups. About: I have work in kennels before that do daycare and boarding previously and have done great taking care of the dogs. I am very understanding to dog's feelings and attitudes. I am very active and am able to go on long walks with pups. I adore all dogs and will do my best to make sure they are well taken care of while you are busy! I am currently in between jobs, so I have plenty of time in my days to take care of your pets. I am available from 9am-5pm during the weekdays. I will more than happily take my time and ensure your pet gets all the attention they want. I am extremely willing for walks and playing with your pups or hanging out with your cat, give them a brushing, and checking their food and water.

About: Hello I have always had a dog within the household that I have lived. We were raised with little dogs (shih-tzu, mini schnauzers, cocker spaniels).and when I moved out of my parents house; I have 2 dogs, one is an English bulldogge that I swear, she is a sassy toddler (she is 5). She is spoiled. She has been through several training courses. The other one is a rescue mixed blue heeler who is so affectionate. Both of them have individual traits that are cute in their own way. They have their own area called "The Woof Nook." The thing that sets me apart from other people is that I will love your dog as if it were my own. The dog will get whatever you want and I will go the extra mile for your dog. I am an energetic person who values kindness above all else. I have experience with training dogs as I had to train my dogs to do tricks together and seperately. I work 4 days per week full time as a mental health therapist/addictions counselor. I have 3 days off and feel that I could be utilizing my time more effectively. What better way to do that then to spend time with dogs and getting exercise! My dogs go for daily walks and sometimes I take them on hikes (if the weather permits). They also receive baths after a hike. My pups get treats if they listen and are well behaved. Sometimes just because they are cute. I will walk your pup on a short or long walk, depending on your preference. I will also talk to your pup and give praise.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have the ability to be able to stay home with my family and my pets and care for them during the day and night making sure no one is ever alone ❤️ Currently a stay at home mom caring for my 5 year old and 1 year old twins! With being home I have all the time in the world to dedicate to your fur babies. We love adventures like playing in the fenced in yard, throwing ball and going on long walks. Of course there is always love and cuddle time scheduled in with us too We bought our house for our yard! Lots of room for playing outside in the safety of not having to worry about your pets roaming off. We have a crate available for dogs who need it and are crate trained. Of course only if the owner request will they be in it.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, I live on a farm and i love animals of all shapes and sizes! I have also house sit for two years in a row with a family friend who has 2 large dogs. I have house sit for weeks in a row including multiple walks and potty breaks! I am a full time student. I am still available most days but my school must come first. Every day except for Tuesday and Thursday I am available after 12. However, on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have class from 8am - 3 pm. I would love to still help you out with your fur babies just be sure to keep my schedule in mind! I always treat your home and pets with the utmost care and respect. I follow your pet’s routine, ensure they feel safe and comfortable, and keep their environment clean. I love giving pets plenty of affection, playtime, and attention, while also making sure they’re secure and happy when you’re away. Your pet’s safety and trust come first!

About: I have three dogs of different breeds, mixed breeds and purebreds. They’re all different sizes and energy levels so I am well versed in different dog personalities! I also have three rescue cats and enjoy playing with all animals! I am currently a student finishing a masters program at Saint Vincent College. I live locally and I grew up in Ligonier Valley! About: Hello! My name is Natasha and I have had pets since I was born. I have personally taken care of over 6+ dogs, from a puppy to a senior, and from dogs 3lbs to 65lbs. I also have taken care of cats from a couple weeks old to senior of age for about 18 years and cared for dogs for 16 years. I have taken care of animals with special needs like prescription medicine for different health issues and physical needs as well. I have had many years of experience and will put my full heart and time into caring for a pet. I will give them plenty of time one on one, if needed 8+ hours. My full attention will be for any pets that I am taking care of 24/7. I have no preference on any type of dog or cat, age, or needs... I would be happy to take care or babysit any pet!

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and have taken great care to ensure they are as happy as can be! I also occasionally dog sit for some senior dogs in my area! About: I've been entrusted with caring for family and friends of family's pets since I was around 15. I started working professionally with animals when I started volunteering with HEAL Animal Rescue and then working with Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley. I am now a Kennel Lead, mainly overseeing front desk operations and cat care, despite that I still work with the dogs at least once a day while I'm in! During my time there, I have learned to properly administer medication (oral, rectal, injection) as well as other medical procedures. I have a genuine passion for animal care and am enrolling in VTI to further expand my career going forward. I'm going to be moving to part time work for school, so I'll be able to make sure I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I have worked with many pets before, including pets with behavioral issues (both big and small). About: I graduated with a BS in animal science with a companion animal emphasis, obtaining knowledge/experiences through classes, labs, internships, and employment. I worked as a veterinary assistant and kennel tech throughout undergrad seasonally and for several months post-grad at 2 different clinics. I also worked as a wildlife rescue & rehab intern and aquarist intern during undergrad, focusing on animal care and husbandry. Lastly, I have owned/helped care for family pets almost my whole life (including rodents, rabbits, and a dog) and have pet sat dogs and cats for family friends/neighbors on the side. I recently graduated from my graduate program and am beginning a full time gig on July 6. In the meantime, I am able to fulfill pet needs with a relatively open schedule and will attempt to continue on days off/if otherwise manageable upon my start date. I will not make myself available if the time allotted is not appropriate to truly care for your pet. I deeply care about animals and would love to do what I can, especially since I cannot have my family pup & chinchilla with me at school. I will surely abide by clients' wishes regarding their caretaking directions and preferences. I will also be mindful and respectful of being in another person's space, and clean up after myself and the fur babies.
