“Amanda takes amazing care of my dogs! I have two large bully breed dogs. One tends to be agressive and guards the house. He has a bite history and usually requires a muzzle for visitors. The other is needy and wants constant cuddles. Amanda is miraculously able to manage both dogs at the same time. She is very intuitive at reading a dog’s body language to notice and anticipate their behavior. My agressive dog does wonderfully with her and she is the only person I trust to watch them both.”

About: I believe you can tell everything you need know about a person by the way they treat animals. I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life. After my 14 year old Labrador passed away, I became a foster home for needy dogs, through GRANND. I learned a lot about sick and abused dogs over those years. Most recently I have been house and dog sitting for a family in Louisville. I specialize in disabled and medical care your dog may need. I currently have an open schedule now that my teen is getting older. I look forward to spending my time with your dog, soon. I also have experience with care of birds and rabbits. Please no cats due to allergies. I am currently a mother of one teenage girl. She needs me less so I have a very flexible schedule. I look forward to spending more time with animals. I will care for animals at your home. I am also happy to take your dog to the park, or wherever you prefer. My schedule is flexible.

It broke her heart when she was not home for the loss of one of her 2 dogs, Cosmo, because she was away at college, so she always gives extra love to the remaining family dog, Henry.
