About: I am the proud grandchild of a certified crazy pet lady. My grandmother had five cats and two dogs for most of my childhood, so I am well-versed in the patience and love it takes to care for your pets. I work part-time and am fortunate to make my own schedule a lot of the time, giving me plenty of time for pet care! I also find myself out and about in the city all the time, so I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets while exploring new neighborhoods. I know that your space is your own (and your pet’s, of course) and I will be sure to treat it with the care and respect that I would my own.

About: I have experience fostering for the humane society. I have a German shepherd at home and used to own a Siberian husky. I have fostered both puppies and kittens I work from home full-time so I can give your pet plenty of potty breaks and give them a walk on my lunch if needed I have a fenced in yard that your dog can play in. I also live close to a park that we can go to. I have a friendly German shepherd who likes to play with other dogs. I will treat your pet like they are my own and let them make themselves at home.

“Sam was great! She was able to help me out in a pinch. She was prompt and informative. She requested instructions and followed them perfectly. And Korben obviously loved her too!”

“Courtney is always available even when I ask with short notice! She always sends lots of pictures and my dogs are always clearly wore out after a walk with her!”

“Alice was wonderful with Tobi! Highly recommend her! ? I was able to relax while away knowing he was in such capable hands! Thank you SO much!!”

About: Hi there! My name is Keri, and I'm excited to offer my services as a pet sitter through Rover. As someone with a passion for animal care, I'm thrilled to be able to use my skills and experience to help keep your furry friends happy and healthy while you're away. As a veterinary technician with experience working in spay and neuter clinics, I've gained a wealth of knowledge about animal health and behavior. I've worked with cats of every temperament and need level, I'm confident in my ability to care for your pets, no matter what their needs may be. I understand that medical care can be a source of stress for both pets and their owners, so I'll do everything I can to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. At home, I have four cats of my own who are my pride and joy. They're each unique and have their own personalities, so I know just how important it is to treat each animal as an individual. Whether your pet is shy and reserved or outgoing and energetic, I'll work to create a comfortable and safe environment that meets their needs. In my current role at the Kentucky Humane Society, I work to help the community with a variety of issues ranging from financial need for vet care or minor behavioral issues from their pets! Overall, I'm committed to providing the best possible care for your pets while you're away. I'll treat them as if they were my own and make sure they feel loved and cared for at all times. Thank you for considering me for your pet sitting needs, and I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends soon! My schedule is very flexible so I’m available nearly any day or time that is needed! I can make accommodations for any timed feedings/medications as well. For house sitting, I am unable to stay overnight but I am available for as long as you need during the daytime! My cats are indoor only, but because of this I emphasize that they get exercise through playtime everyday. We have special feeding mats to ensure they don’t eat too quickly or feel under stimulated, as well as low entry litter boxes throughout the apartment. Two of my cats are very anxious due to experience prior to adoption, so we try our very best to provide them with many hiding places and a calm environment. I would be more than willing to ensure the same level of care is provided for any of your animals, if not above and beyond this. I know the anxiety of leaving pets with someone, and would hope you could feel entirely secure in the experience with me!

About: If you are looking for someone to love your dog like their own and treat like a prince/princess, than I am exactly what you are looking for. I have always had a love for animals, especially dogs. I grew up with 3 dogs in my house and have been able to care for them for many years. My family and friends call me the animal whisperer because animals seem to connect with me, even those who usually don’t like strangers. I love walking dogs and going to dog parks. I live in a two story two house with lots of room and a front gated yard. I can be a morning bird or night owl. I look forward to meeting your fury member of the family. I am a full time student and stepped away from my corporate management position. I have a open schedule due to online schooling. I have dependable transportation as well. I am able to customize my services to the requests of my clients. I will always give 100% effort to make their pets feel loved and safe. Also relieving some stress for their owner, knowing they are in good hands while they are away.

About: My past experience with animals comes from sitting for mostly dogs and cats, but have attended to fish, rabbits, and reptiles. I do not mind picking up after your animals. I firmly believe in exercise and being active, and regular walks and outdoor play to take advantage of our beautiful weather. I am comfortable adhering to your animals' dietary restrictions should they have them, and I have had to administer medicine before, so please let me know in advance if that is needed. I look forward to meeting you and your pet. I am currently working a full-time Monday - Friday fully remote. My schedule is flexible, and I keep my Rover Calendar up to date within 30 days. I will require an in-person consultation prior to confirming any drop-in visits to ensure we are all comfortable with the requests and clear on the expectations.

About: I have taken care of my own and others' pets since I was a kid, including everything from house sitting to the occasional drop-in for pets ranging from XL breed dogs to young puppies and kittens. I have a flexible schedule around holidays and summer dates when you really need care for your pets during travel times. I have used Rover myself for ours and been in your shoes. I know you are looking for someone to treat them as if they were their own family and I will provide that same care to your fur babies. I am available to do drop-ins, walks, and/or in-house sitting after 3pm on weekdays, with lots of availability on weekends. I am a teacher so I have extra availability during June and July as well as school and federal holidays for those tricky times when you need someone to quick check in or let pets go outside, or if you have travel plans and need pet care in your home. I am happy to accommodate feeding and bathroom schedules within my availability and take care of a variety of dogs and cats. I have large dogs of my own, so breed and size is not an issue. I can do walks, play, or even just spend time with your animals as needed and will follow any routines, crate/diet expectations, etc. I am happy to send updates and pictures if desired and will make sure all of your pets are safe, fed, and loved while you are away.

“Brittany is so very kind and was very patient with my shy boy Fang. She took King out and got some amazing photos of him actually smiling! Very professional and perfect with my dogs!”

About: For the past year I had been taking care of my puppy until she was diagnosed with a condition that needed treatment I was unable to afford. Sadly, I had to find her a new home. I love all animals, especially staying active with them. I live near several parks and have a fenced backyard with plenty of play space. I have helped train a German shepherd and two havanese dogs along with my border collie. I am looking to grow in my knowledge of animals and their different personalities. I have grown up with pets my whole life and am very comfortable around them. I am very flexible and easy-going so I would love to accommodate any extra needs! While house sitting I am also available to water plants, provide any cleaning services, pick up mail, etc. I work in a very flexible job where I can often work from home at my own pace, taking time away whenever needed. This way I do not worry about being away from pets for too long! I live in a house with a large backyard that is fenced in so pets can be safe and get their exercise. My home is pet friendly, prepared for any fur, paws and zoomies!

“Ashton was so great and super friendly. I was a little worried at first because our dog is still a puppy and jumps and gets excited on walks when she sees squirrels and birds. She sent updates and pictures. She was also okay with coming over the day before to do a meet and greet! Would recommend!”
