About: I have grown up around animals and have experience with elderly dogs and very anxious cats specifically. My two childhood puppies grew up and I helped assist with their needs, such as medicine and helping them walk around with patience. I also understand what it’s like to have a very anxious cat— mine is too. I have one cat, a fish, and a snail of my own now! I’m currently building my health coaching clientele working from home. I take frequent breaks to walk at the park and often spend the majority of the day working on various tasks at home. I’m very flexible with my schedule right now! Since I have an anxious and non-sociable cat of my own at home I will be more open to visits such as drop-in’s and taking fur babies out on walks at the park right now!

About: I have a genuine love for animals and I have been pet/house sitting for about 10 years. I have always had pets and been around all different kinds of animals. I just graduated from law school, I started my new job post law school. I do work in an office, but I am able to stop in and make sure your animal is taken care of. I live in an apartment so I would prefer to take care of a pet at your home. I am happy to walk a dog on a leash, let them out to play, play with them, take them to a dog park.

About: I know firsthand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone new. I’ve lived all across the country, and every time we moved, one of my biggest worries was finding someone I truly trusted with my dogs. That experience is a big part of why I want to provide the same kind of care and reassurance I’ve always looked for in a sitter. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have three dogs and two cats of my own, including a rescue pup so I totally get having a dog with some special quirks. I also spend time taking dogs from Louisville Metro Animal Services (LMAS) out on field trips, giving them a chance to get out of the shelter, explore, play, and get some much-deserved one-on-one attention. I have a soft spot for the pets who need a little extra patience. One of my dogs is extremely anxious and terrified of thunderstorms, so I understand that not every dog immediately warms up to a new person — and that’s okay! I’m happy to take things at their pace and learn what makes them feel comfortable and safe. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, and I’m comfortable administering medications and following detailed care routines. My experiences as a pediatric ICU nurse has taught me to be attentive to small changes, stay clam under pressure, follow detailed care instructions, and understand just how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for a member of your family. My dogs can be pretty anxious, so leaving them with a stranger has never been easy for me. I’m the pet parent who wants lots of updates and probably way too many pictures while I’m gone! When your pets are with me, expect plenty of photos and updates. I know how reassuring it is to see your dog happily lounging on the couch, enjoying their walk, or just being their goofy self while you’re away. I want you to enjoy your time away without wondering how things are going back home. Most importantly, I genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your dog wants long walks, someone to throw their toy 100 times, or spend the evening curled up next to me, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I want you to be able to leave home knowing your pets are with someone who understands how much they mean to you - because I know exactly how that feels. I work full-time, but I have a flexible schedule that still leaves plenty of room for pet care! I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, which gives me even more flexibility for drop-ins, walks, and spending some extra time with your pets on those days. I’m also an early riser, so morning visits are no problem for me — I’m happy to start my day with a walk, breakfast, litter box cleanup, or some quality time with your pet before heading to work. I know how important reliable scheduling is when someone is depending on you to care for their pets, so I’ll keep my Rover calendar updated to clearly reflect my availability. If I accept a booking, you can feel confident that I’ve made sure I have the time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve — along with plenty of photo updates along the way! Your pet’s safety and your trust are my top priorities. I’ll always follow your care instructions closely and respect your home as if it were my own. Before walks, I’ll make sure collars, harnesses, and leashes are secure, and I’ll never let a dog off leash unless specifically instructed in a safe, designated area. During drop-ins, I’ll be mindful of doors, gates, medications, food, and anything else that could pose a safety risk. I’ll also pay attention to your pet’s behavior and never force interaction if they seem nervous or uncomfortable. As a pediatric ICU nurse, safety, attention to detail, and noticing when something seems “off” are second nature to me. I’ll keep you updated during each visit and communicate right away if I notice anything concerning. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing both your pet and your home are being treated with care and respect while you’re away.

About: I have pet sat on and off for years with family, staying over and learning specific routines of each animal. Each animals expects different things! I'm also highly active and flexible so if you have an energetic furry friend, we'd get along great! I am part-time employed and a online college student. My availability will be extremely flexible due to that! My times will vary across every two weeks when I receive my work schedule. Pets in my clients home will be treated exactly as they are used to, if that means walks on a leash or letting them out to roam their fenced yard then that's exactly what we will do. My goal is to keep your loved ones comfortable and that means following their routines, not mine.

About: I’ve owned a dog all of my adult life. I can’t imagine life without having to pick up dog poop daily. :) I was able to crate/potty train our puppy in less than a week! I’m also able to help train with basic commands. Your furry, cuddly love bug will be in good hands. I am a stay at home mom, so I am free anytime to let your fur babies out, take them for a walk, replenish their food and water and give extra cuddles while you’re away. I have a 5 and 3 year old who love our dog. They are very gentle with their furry sibling. Your pet will feel safe and have another furry playmate to play with. I can send pictures once a day so you don’t have to miss your baby too much.

About: I’ve helped taken care of dogs since I were 7 years old. I know a lot of things about them. Ofc everyone can learn from some but I know enough and alot. Your dog will feel like there at home. I’m a full time baby sitter and wanted to add dogs to my list of things I watch. I will have all the time to give them the love in attention they will need I have doggy toys. A big field in the backyard with an park for them to run around! And they are in good hands. I have a small yorkie of my own.

About: I've had pets since I was a child: dogs, cats, birds, fish, all kinds of animals. I love animals. I've rescued many from homeless and abandoned homes. Now I want to take care of that loved one so you can rest easy while you work or vacation. I have a fenced yard and my neighborhood is quiet. As an animal lover, my family brought in many dogs and cats into our home and I was responsible for taking care and feeding them. I love all animals. I have taken care of a large sized husky/German Sheparad mix to a smaller Boston terrier. I love all dogs as well as cats!! I have 2 cats (Benji & Ash) that are spoiled with toys and love 24/7! I am always excited to meet new pets and would love to help you when you need it! I just moved to Louisville and I have a remote job where I work from home majority of the time!
