puguF0 I am a doctoral candidate in Biology at UofL, so you know I'm good at organization and scheduling! I think my time as a graduate student has sharpened my reasoning and communication skills as well. It's also increased my animal handling experience (mice)! I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats and dogs. My most recent pet is an elderly shi tzu with a surprising amount of energy! Apollo is a very skiddish cat, but we've definitely earned each others' trust. I can drop by to check on your pet, take them out for a walk (if weekday, must be before 10am or after 5pm, can be flexible), check on them periodically to feed them, or house sit (weekends only). I am a grad student, so I'm usually busy during weekdays 10am-5pm. Most of my work now is away from the bench, so I can be a little flexible about those hours Weekends are generally open! I love in an apartment that doesn't allow animals so I can't keep any here. I can however watch your furry friend at your house or take them on walks around the neighborhood!

I make time for walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day, and I’m consistent with routines so pets feel comfortable and secure. Throughout the week, I stay flexible to meet each pet’s specific needs, whether that’s extra visits, longer walks, or special care. I’m reliable and make sure every pet gets the attention and care they deserve. In my home or a client’s home, I make sure pets are comfortable, safe, and kept on their normal routine. I follow all feeding instructions, give fresh water, regular potty breaks, and plenty of exercise and attention. I also provide playtime, affection, and calm companionship so they feel at ease while you’re away. I keep the space clean and always respect the client’s home just like it’s my own.

I just graduated from law school, I started my new job post law school. I do work in an office, but I am able to stop in and make sure your animal is taken care of. I live in an apartment so I would prefer to take care of a pet at your home. I am happy to walk a dog on a leash, let them out to play, play with them, take them to a dog park.

puguF0 I’ve owned a dog all of my adult life. I can’t imagine life without having to pick up dog poop daily. :) I was able to crate/potty train our puppy in less than a week! I’m also able to help train with basic commands. Your furry, cuddly love bug will be in good hands. I am a stay at home mom, so I am free anytime to let your fur babies out, take them for a walk, replenish their food and water and give extra cuddles while you’re away. I have a 5 and 3 year old who love our dog. They are very gentle with their furry sibling. Your pet will feel safe and have another furry playmate to play with. I can send pictures once a day so you don’t have to miss your baby too much.

puguF0 I have been a dog Mom to a very large dog for over 3 years now. I have walked him, fed him, groomed him, and loved him. I work with him on walks and in our home on commands. I enjoy being around other animals and would love the opportunity to meet new pups that I could also care for. I believe dogs are very special and they deserve the best from their caregivers. I would love any dog as they were my own, while in my care. During the week my schedule is extremely flexible, I have time to walk, play with, or just check in on pups. I have a partner who helps with our dog, so I can pop out when I need to. My back yard is fenced in, and our dog is very friendly with other dogs. We also have a large crate if it's needed.

For as long as I can remember, I was surrounded by animals. When I moved out on my own, I became a cat mom simply because I didn’t feel I had the time commitment to dedicate to a puppy or dog. I am now on a new work schedule and have the time to dedicate to helping others with their pet needs. I have always loved animals of any kind and treat any living creature how I would want to be treated. I have dog sat for several friends and family throughout the years and thought this would be the perfect side job for me. I am very reliable and dependable and look forward to meeting you and your dog! I'm currently working in healthcare and work PRN, or on an as-needed basis. There are weeks when I have several days off in a row, which would give me ample time to check in or stay over to help meet your pet's needs. Safety, trust, and communication are of the utmost importance to me for this job. As I said above, I believe whole-heartedly in the golden rule and treat all living things how I would want to be treated. The same goes for how I would treat your space and home.

puguF0 I have animals of all kinds growing up! From a mountain lion, up to 7 dogs to reptiles! I have been exposed to it all and things rarely phase me! I work remotely so I am free almost all the time with a lot of flexibility for all your needs! I can work from anywhere so it is around your schedule and preference for the most part. When watching pets in a clients home I will follow their care guide and ask any questions as they come up! I will also thoroughly clean up any messes the pets may make in the home.
