“Patrick did a wonderful job taking care of Zenna! He kept me updated regarding their daily adventures and gave her the exercise she needs. This is one of the few times she did not beg me for a walk once I returned home. I will certainly be using Patrick again.”

“Katie was great and extremely flexible with our travel delays. She took care of our lazy dog and grumpy cat and had excellent communication with us our entire trip. She took care of our house like it was her own.”

Since my shifts are during the evening and overnight hours, I’m available during the day to care for pets, take them on walks, feed them, and spend quality time with them. My schedule is very flexible during the day. Which means I can give pets plenty of attention and maintain their routines. Working nights allows me to be available for early morning, afternoon, and evenings before work check ins! care for pets by closely following their owners’ instructions and maintaining the routines they’re used to. When staying overnight, I dedicate my full attention to the pet, ensuring they feel comfortable, loved, and secure while also keeping the home clean and tidy. For drop-in visits, I make sure to allow plenty of time for feeding, walks, play, and cuddles, so each pet gets the care and attention they deserve.

About: Before I moved here to college, I worked at Pet Supplies Plus for almost four years! The main part of my job was to care, feed, and clean all the wonderful animals we housed. Seeing all the dogs who came into the store for their grooming appointments was my favorite part of my job! I am currently a student at Bellarmine University full-time. I am also a part of the mock trial team this semester, so on occasion I have tournaments away for the weekend but whenever I have a free weekend I would love to dog sit. My class schedule is spread out and I have almost every evening free besides Tuesdays. At my home, we have a nice fence we built for our dogs. I change their food and water regularly throughout the day. I walk and play with them and love some good cuddles.

“Nicole kept good care of our dog and house while we were away for 4 days. Communicated every day and sent pictures. Made us feel comfortable about being away. Thanks!”

“Natalie did a wonderful job caring for our fur babies for the 4 days we were gone. Both the cat and the pup were happy to see us upon our return but neither was upset, which means they were well taken care of. Natalie left the house spotless (as she found it), brought in our mail and even fed the fish!. We (and our pets) are looking forward to seeing Natalie again in just a few weeks.”

“Sophie watched our 2 dogs and 2 cats while we were out of town, and was phenomenal! She was very communicative, and our animals loved her! It alleviates the stress of leaving when you know the animals and house are being taken care of. We would (and will) absolutely use her again!”

“We knew that as soon as Carla walked in the door she is the perfect person to watch our girls, JoJo and Frankie! We’re so happy to find her for our girls and our peace of mind when we have to be away from home!”

Amber house & dog sat for us multiple nights, providing wonderful care for our two older dogs. She stayed around the clock, sent pictures and responded quickly to text. She provided us peace of mind to enjoy our getaway. We'll definitely request her services again.
Asher was absolutely THE BEST! We had her house sit for us and was completely respectful, communicative, and sent us ALL the photos. We will be using her as a sitter again if ever needed. Our sweet kitty is very shy and within minutes of us leaving, he was right by her side - which is to say she has the sweetest soul. This was our first time using Rover and were a little apprehensive, but Asher took all the fear out of it. 100000/100 would recommend her to everyone we know. Thank you, Asher!!

Rose has been an exceptional pet sitter! She not only is responsible and caring for our pets in our home on multiple occasions, she also takes such great professional photos of our pets! We love having Rose care for our pets while we are away. Great communicator! Flexible! And dependable! Thank you, Rose!

Lauren was great taking care of out young, energetic, and silly German Shorthaired Pointer. She showed up on time, followed instructions, asked questions when needed, and sent daily updates with photos. She also left the house organized and clean. We can tell our dog likes her too 🥰🐾🐕🦺

Allison came with glowing reviews and exceeded expectations. We have two rescue dogs, and this was the first trip we have taken since getting them two years ago. Our male is very bonded to me, and I thought he would have difficulties. Instead, Andy snuggled up next to Allison and had a great old time. Our female came from a tough background and is the fragile one - shy of strangers and nervous. Even on first meeting, she did not hide in her room but came out to investigate. While she did not and could not match our male's comfort level, she loosened up, went happily for walks, and was in great spirits when we returned. Allison's feedback was top notch, and she went above and beyond the basic needs of a sitter. Just and excellent experience, which calms my nerves for our next trip!
Sarah is hands down the BEST Rover sitter we’ve ever hired. She was so attentive and kind and I know our pups absolutely loved her. She went above and beyond taking care of not only our babies, but our house too! She sent so many pictures and even took them on TWO walks just in the 24 hours she was with them. We will absolutely be using her again and I highly recommend everyone else do the same.

We were traveling in Louisville and needed someone to watch our two dogs at the hotel while we attended an event. Other than family, we have never used anyone or service to watch our dogs. When doing anything, I factor in how it will impact our dogs. Their well-being is the most important thing. To say I was nervous is a massive understatement. Brittany was absolutely wonderful! Our 11-year-old shepherd can be a little anxious in new environments, and our 8-year-old is usually cautious around strangers. Within minutes, Brittany had both of them relaxed and comfortable, which was such a relief. She not only cared for them with patience and kindness but also kept us updated with photos throughout the evening, which helped me stay at ease. It was clear that they were happy, safe, and well-loved in her care. We were thrilled with the experience and so appreciative of her attentiveness. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable dog sitter. She truly went above and beyond!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Grayson! From the very first visit, it was clear how much love, care, and attention he gives to animals. He treated our pets like his own—sending us regular updates, photos, and thoughtful notes that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dog (and even our usually shy cat!) instantly bonded with him, which says everything about his calming and kind presence. He went above and beyond making sure their routines were followed to a T. We came home to happy, relaxed pets and a spotless home. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely passionate about animals, look no further. Grayson an absolute gem, and we feel so lucky to have found him!

There aren’t enough stars for Aleeza!! She recently stayed with our older cat, Zoey, for the second time. She was quick to notify us when Zoey started showing signs of a medical issue, and ended up taking her to the emergency vet. Aleeza stayed for hours until Zoey was seen and admitted. She was treated for a UTI, and the doctors have since identified the need for changes in her care due to CKD. Before her hospital stay and after she picked her up, Aleeza also kept us updated on how Zoey was doing and what she was eating. Thank you so much, Aleeza!! We are so grateful for the care and attention you showed Zoey 😊
