High-Energy Dog Owner: Highlands
I have owned large, high-energy dog breeds for the past decade. I love taking my Border Collie mix on hikes, swims, and runs. I live an active lifestyle in the Highlands. I am responsible, trustworthy, and am excited to meet new pets in the area. I've been riding horses for 22 years and love all animals (I've owned both dogs and cats)! I have taken care of senior dogs, have worked with many dog trainers, and am capable of using e-collars, prong collars, and gentle leaders correctly.

I'm happy to maintain a consistent daily routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to provide stability. I'm able walk (or jog) with your dog/dogs for as long as needed. I'm responsive and am happy to provide as many photos or videos as you wish! I'm able to follow specific instructions provided by the owner for feeding, medication, and routines. I have given dogs plenty of medications, especially senior dogs. I understand that mental stimulation is crucial. No dog is too high-energy for me! Finally, I always keep an eye on their behavior, and am aware of how to spot signs of distress. Maintaining solid communication with the owner is my top priority!

Schedule
I am a small business owner with a very flexible schedule! I work remotely from my home in the Highlands. I'm available all weekdays and weekends, 6am-8pm. I can move my schedule around as needed.

- All pets have their own unique set of behaviors and tendencies. I like to learn about these things up front when possible. If your dog is reactive, please let me know up front and I’m happy to work with them. I am experienced enough to handle a variety of behavioral quirks and/or issues.
