We had a medical emergency with our daughter who is attending university 3 hours away in the middle of the night. We reached out to Taylor and she was able to care for our three dogs with literally no notice the next morning and the next several days !! To make matters worse our youngest dog got sick and had diarrhea in her crate which Taylor graciously cleaned. Taylor even noticed that the same dog had blood in her urine!! Turned out she had a UTI so Taylor totally saved our baby girl. And if that’s not enough to say how AWESOME Taylor is, she was willing to work our three dogs into her schedule because we had to go back to hospital for my human daughter, but thankfully she was discharged. I cannot say enough great things about Taylor!!

About: CLEAN, NON SMOKING, HOME – Private Fenced Yard ~ Dog sitting is part of my business called Gail’s Personal Assistant Services. Please INCLUDE A CONTACT NUMBER IN YOUR INITIAL MESSAGE. I prefer communicating by phone or text. I have two small dogs, a Havashu and a Westie. My back yard is fenced and safe. I sit for many clients who come to the island and stay at inns that do not allow dogs. I have great references. It’s nice to know that while you are here playing, your fur-baby is also having a grand time. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all my life. I should say I am an animal lover. I've had cats in my past also. My mother had dogs in our home, so I was raised with them. About my yard It is a fenced in yard, not too large, but big enough for them to play and run around. My experience administering medication Yes. As I have two pups of my own, I have experience in doing this job. I have administered medication to my client's pups when they needed it. My Overnight Stays An overnight stay is 24 hours. If you are gone over the 24 hour period for the one stay, then there is an additional charge for a day care stay. I have loads of time to play with your pups! I'm home most of the time except for some errands. They will love it here with my two! I let my pet run free and they are allowed to sleep with me. I can also crate your pet if that is how you have trained him/her.

About: Ever since I was a child, I have always had a dog, and/or cat. I have cared for friends, neighbors and family member’s dogs. This has included administering medications, either by mouth or shots, bathing, feeding, walking/running and cleaning up any messes they may have left behind. I have also spent the night at homes or brought their dogs to my house to watch. In my experience, I have found that watching a dog in their own home is less stressful than bringing them to an unknown home. I currently work full time 3 days a week and my schedule varies. I have some flexibility and on those days I would like to walk your dog. I prefer to walk your dog from your home. If your dog requires more care, then I would be happy to work out special care when needed.

Mike is great with our boy, Finley. Our dog can be a bit excitable and jumpy but Mike embraces all the love Finley has to give. Mike is very attentive to making sure Finley gets water after his walks and protecting his paws from the hot pavement in the summer. Mike has been a pleasure to work with and Finley loves him.

About: Hi, I’m Kristina! I’ve had dogs my whole life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I don’t take that lightly. What sets me apart is my lifelong experience and the way I adapt to each dog’s unique needs—whether it’s long walks for an energetic pup, gentle care for a senior, or simply keeping their routine consistent. I’m reliable, communicative, and always make sure pet parents feel at ease by sending regular updates and photos. Your dog will be cared for as if they were my own, with patience, love, and plenty of attention. I have a flexible schedule and prefer daytime care, though I’m glad to adjust for evening visits if that works best for your pet. :) I have a large fenced-in backyard that gives plenty of space for running, playing, and exploring. I also share my home with three friendly big dogs, so your pup will have built-in playmates and lots of social time. Between play sessions and downtime, your dog will get a safe, loving environment that feels like a second home. In Your Home: When I care for dogs in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent so they feel secure and comfortable. That means feeding, walks, potty breaks, and playtime just the way you’d do it. I’m attentive to details like medications, crate training, or special needs, and I’ll make sure they get not only exercise but also attention, affection, and calm companionship. I’ll also send you updates and photos so you know they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I’ve loved cats and dogs my whole life, caring for pets since I was a child. For the past two years I’ve worked as a vet tech, combining that lifelong passion with hands-on medical care, and support for pets and their owners. My experience blends deep affection for animals with practical skills in their health and well‑being. I usually work at a vet clinic from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a lunch break at 12:00 PM. During my shift I check on the animals, feed and water them, and let them out. After work, I get home, the animals are free for the rest of the night. I prioritize maintaining the specific rhythm and comfort they’re used to at your home. I strictly follow your feeding schedules and medical routines, ensuring they have a dedicated, cozy space to retreat to whenever they need a nap. For dogs, this means plenty of structured walks and backyard playtime, while for cats, I provide vertical perches and dedicated one-on-one enrichment to satisfy their curiosity. Above all, I keep a close eye on their body language to ensure they feel secure and loved, and I’ll send you regular photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun and relaxation they’re having while you're away.

About: I have loved caring for animals since I was a child. Walking and feeding our German Shepherd was my favorite part of the day. We also had a Chow and one feline. Training Rocky the rottweiler to remain calm while bunnies passed through the yard is my biggest accomplishment, thus far. I love working with animals and their energy. On Thursday morning I teach guided Meditation but make my own schedule other than that. I'm up early to watch the sun rise and greet all the neighbors and pups. Animals prefer and are most comfortable being in their own environment with the scent of loved ones surrounding them. I respect their boundaries and connect with their energy softly and respectfully.
