About: I have experience fostering dogs and children. I'm home all day and will treat your dog as one of the family or pack. I also have experience with small breeds and can adjust to fit your dogs needs. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention and will have all there needs met. I can also provide care for older less active dogs and those just needing attention and love. Just let me know what you and your dog are used to and we'll make it work. I have a very open schedule so can easily accommodate whatever schedule your pet is used to. I'm naturally an early riser so can easily make time throughout the day to take care of your pets. About: CLEAN, NON SMOKING, HOME – Private Fenced Yard ~ Dog sitting is part of my business called Gail’s Personal Assistant Services. Please INCLUDE A CONTACT NUMBER IN YOUR INITIAL MESSAGE. I prefer communicating by phone or text. I have two small dogs, a Havashu and a Westie. My back yard is fenced and safe. I sit for many clients who come to the island and stay at inns that do not allow dogs. I have great references. It’s nice to know that while you are here playing, your fur-baby is also having a grand time. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all my life. I should say I am an animal lover. I've had cats in my past also. My mother had dogs in our home, so I was raised with them. About my yard It is a fenced in yard, not too large, but big enough for them to play and run around. My experience administering medication Yes. As I have two pups of my own, I have experience in doing this job. I have administered medication to my client's pups when they needed it. My Overnight Stays An overnight stay is 24 hours. If you are gone over the 24 hour period for the one stay, then there is an additional charge for a day care stay. I have loads of time to play with your pups! I'm home most of the time except for some errands. They will love it here with my two! I let my pet run free and they are allowed to sleep with me. I can also crate your pet if that is how you have trained him/her.

About: My name is Dixan, animals have always been important to me. I believe that they should be cared for and treated as well as we treat ourselves. I've been around dogs and cats since I can remember; I have a three year old dog of my own, and I share responsibility in caring for two other dogs. I lived on a property that provided Corgi and mutt rescues and rehabilitation in Oklahoma City. Id help foster dogs, train basic behaviors and commands, and help find them a new home. I learned a lot about how to deal with animals there, it was a great experience. I've dogsat dogs with breathing trouble, diabetes, incontinence, physical disability, and blindness. I've sat very old dogs, and very young puppies and kittens. As far as walking, I have helped trained dogs to restrain from pulling while on leash. All training methods I have learned are positive reinforcement based methods. I'm not a fan of some of the other methods. I have a very flexible schedule. I am my own boss so I can usually work with what you’d like me to do and when you’d like me to be there. I will treat your pets like they’re my own. I’ll give them individual attention and care. I’m comfortable walking and playing with dogs of all sizes. One of my own dogs has to be crated sometimes, so I’m no stranger to that if you need it.

About: I’ve loved cats and dogs my whole life, caring for pets since I was a child. For the past two years I’ve worked as a vet tech, combining that lifelong passion with hands-on medical care, and support for pets and their owners. My experience blends deep affection for animals with practical skills in their health and well‑being. I usually work at a vet clinic from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a lunch break at 12:00 PM. During my shift I check on the animals, feed and water them, and let them out. After work, I get home, the animals are free for the rest of the night. I prioritize maintaining the specific rhythm and comfort they’re used to at your home. I strictly follow your feeding schedules and medical routines, ensuring they have a dedicated, cozy space to retreat to whenever they need a nap. For dogs, this means plenty of structured walks and backyard playtime, while for cats, I provide vertical perches and dedicated one-on-one enrichment to satisfy their curiosity. Above all, I keep a close eye on their body language to ensure they feel secure and loved, and I’ll send you regular photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun and relaxation they’re having while you're away.

About: Ever since I was a child, I have always had a dog, and/or cat. I have cared for friends, neighbors and family member’s dogs. This has included administering medications, either by mouth or shots, bathing, feeding, walking/running and cleaning up any messes they may have left behind. I have also spent the night at homes or brought their dogs to my house to watch. In my experience, I have found that watching a dog in their own home is less stressful than bringing them to an unknown home. I currently work full time 3 days a week and my schedule varies. I have some flexibility and on those days I would like to walk your dog. I prefer to walk your dog from your home. If your dog requires more care, then I would be happy to work out special care when needed.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, not just pets, but family. I grew up around dogs, volunteered with the Humane Society throughout college, and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I also have experience with senior dogs and dogs needing extra medical care. One of my huskies developed diabetes and eventually went blind, so I became very comfortable administering medications and injections, following strict routines, and giving patient, loving care. I lost my sweet Shih Tzu after 17 amazing years together, and now I have two spoiled pups of my own, Gracie and Lily. I truly understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I treat every animal like they are my own. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just calm companionship, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and am available most weekends, with weekday availability on many days as well. I’m happy to work with pet parents whenever possible and always do my best to accommodate schedules, routines, and special care needs. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets are treated like family. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, medications, energy levels, and personalities so each pet feels comfortable and cared for. I live in a very dog-friendly area in Fort Myers with plenty of space for walks, playtime, and exercise. I always prioritize safety, supervision, communication, and making sure your pet feels at home.
