About: I have always grown up having pets of various kinds including dogs, fish, small frogs, and hermit crabs. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs because I believe they often get overlooked when they deserve a high quality of life, too. (Last year, my family lost our rescue dog of twelve years.) I have also had the experience of working with farm animals throughout the course of my life through participation in a junior farmer’s program, when I was younger, and then acting as a returning volunteer and frequent visitor ever since. I am particularly familiar with raising and caring for chickens. Any chance I get, you bet you can find me learning about, observing, or spending time with animals! I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish. I will be moving to Enumclaw, WA full time in the late summer/early fall. Until then, I am spending a few weeks staying in the area. In the upcoming year, I will be job searching for additional part-time work to start saving money while researching graduate school programs in the meantime. So, that being said, I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am willing to find what works best with your own! I am happy to meet with you prior to caring for your pet(s) to help you decide if we are the right fit! Also, if you have specific questions concerns, and needs, please do not hesitate to contact me. Overall a very positive experience, our dogs were well cared for, and she went over and above tidying our place/cleaning before we arrived home!
Ingrid was truly wonderful. She stayed at our home for the weekend and treated our doggies with so much love and patience. She gave our blind dog the extra care and attention he needs, and she was incredibly sweet and gentle with our young chihuahua.
