About: I have always grown up around pets and had plenty of my own, I grew up in a house with two cats and two bigger dogs. So I know my way around a lot of pet situations. I love and care for all pets like they are my own. I am available weekends and certain week days. I babysit my niece on some weekdays so the more of a notice I have the better. I am very flexible though. Everything is about having a good, peaceful energy when taking care of pets. Especially if you are new to them so you can build a connection.
About: I have always grown up having pets of various kinds including dogs, fish, small frogs, and hermit crabs. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs because I believe they often get overlooked when they deserve a high quality of life, too. (Last year, my family lost our rescue dog of twelve years.) I have also had the experience of working with farm animals throughout the course of my life through participation in a junior farmer’s program, when I was younger, and then acting as a returning volunteer and frequent visitor ever since. I am particularly familiar with raising and caring for chickens. Any chance I get, you bet you can find me learning about, observing, or spending time with animals! I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish. I recently moved to Enumclaw, WA full time. In the upcoming year, I will be job searching for additional part-time work to start saving money while researching graduate school programs in the meantime. So, that being said, I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am willing to find what works best with your own! I am happy to meet with you prior to caring for your pet(s) to help you decide if we are the right fit!
