“This was my first time booking with Diahann and not only was my baby treated like family, he was given opportunities to choose an open kennel, soft blanket, or comfy bed to safely rest his little head on during the day. The peace of mind was amazing when seeing Sterno in so many adorable pics, as well as how kind Diahann's granddaughter treated my baby as they played fetch in a wonderful video I received early on in his stay. Sterno is very active and playful, and I couldn't have requested a better sitter for him!! Diahann truly cares like it's her own dog. There are cameras, a huge yard, and Sterno was very calm during pickup, which showcased how comfortable he had been. I am adding that Diahann was very responsive to a suggested video meet, and proceeded to give a wonderful tour of her Dog-friendly and dog-safe home before Sterno's drop off date. “Sheena and her family always take such great care of our dogs, Duke and Bear! I used to worry and think the dogs were miserable and lonely in their kennels whenever I boarded them in the past. This was the second time we haves used Sheena. My husband and I went to Hawaii and had a great time! But I think our dogs had an even better time on their “vacation” 🤣 we got a ton of pictures and videos from Sheena and her daughter. What can I say- Makenzie is great!! Our Dutch Shepherd lived his best life on her farm. She is fantastic at communicating, sends pics and video at your request. She is a natural with animals and her education as a dog trainer is something that was important to us. She has a plan and a purpose in caring for her animals, and that includes the ones like ours who just stay for a short time. Seriously, well done Makenzie! We look forward to the next time!
I would highly recommend Eryn to anyone looking for a pet sitter. In addition to being responsive and sending updates, Eryn clearly makes our dog feel right at home as she is always so excited to visit there. We only get a little jealous when we receive pictures of her cozy and cuddling without us! So lucky to have found a great sitter during our time here.
