Availability
I’m helping my 82 year old father in his golden years, so my days are free & I can easily adapt to all schedules. I’m looking for more furry friends to enjoy walking, playing, & cuddling with, while providing excellent loving care.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have other animals in my home. I follow all instructions by the pet parent to ensure that all needs by both the pet and the owners are at ease. I do not leave the pet alone unless specifically specified, such as crate-training or kennel-use-requests, etc.

Information Ingrid F. would like to know about your pet
I prefer to know how a dog reacts to a new introduction of a human and other animals that they may come into contact with. I prefer to know ahead of time what their personal behavioral attributes usually are so that I may respect them and work with them accordingly. Let me know if you need assistance with special leash training techniques. I’ll show you what I am able to work with for your success with them at home.
A typical day
I like to go on walks and then chill with someone’s beloved pet in my lap. They are wonderful companions while I read or watch a little YouTube. Depending on the dog, I like to go to our little downtown area and watch how many people fawn over my new furry friend and maybe hang out at my favorite coffee n’ books cafe. The only time I will double up on services is if I am familiar with the pet and I know that I can leave them for no more than an hour while I perform a drop-in or a walk nearby.

Pet care experience
I was raised in a remote farm town with cats and dogs, so I quickly learned that they all deserve love and respect. I know how to be sensitive to their communication methods and treat all pets like they were my own children.
Cat care experience

Ingrid also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews

Ingrid kindly watered my many plants, and I came home to two happy and healthy kitties.

Ingrid was truly wonderful. She stayed at our home for the weekend and treated our doggies with so much love and patience. She gave our blind dog the extra care and attention he needs, and she was incredibly sweet and gentle with our young chihuahua. It’s rare to find someone who cares for your pets the way you do, but she absolutely did. We’re so grateful and would happily book her again.

Always reliable and trustworthy

Ingrid was fantastic with communications and the care of our dog.
