At the shelter I worked with every type of dog imaginable, from easygoing family pups to dogs with more complex needs due to past trauma. I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and adjusting my approach so each dog feels safe, respected, and understood. One of the dogs I worked closely with, Donald, needed a trusted handler present while new volunteers learned how to walk him safely, and I helped train others so he could get the exercise and enrichment he deserved. I also helped start enrichment initiatives at the shelter, including treat puzzles, mental stimulation games, and a “dog play buddy” program to give the dogs additional socialization and activity. About: About me: I am a Project Engineer for a construction company, we a have a little boy and a baby on the way, and we LOVE animals! We have two beautiful horses, three wonderful dogs, and two cats. Eventually I would like to rescue a few farm animals and foster dogs. One thing that breaks my heart is seeing animals in the shelter or up for slaughter. I think every animal deserves a second shot at life and I wish I could take them all on. However I have saved a few horses from slaughter and retrained them to give them a promising future! Basically I work hard to give my animals and future animals a wonderful life! In HS I was an active FFA member which gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge from just horses, dogs, and cats to dairy cattle, goats, poultry, rabbits, and swine. I also worked for a large animal veterinarian for 2 years as a vet assistant and gained even more knowledge on how to properly care for ALL animals. Ranging from exotics, livestock, equine, dogs, and cats. So your Fur baby is in GOOD hands! At this time I am only accepting clients for drop in visits or house sitting (I do not stay the night). He was perfectly fine on going on the walk with Sinjin (my older boy) and Brian. No temper tantrums, no refusal to walk. NONE of it. One of the dogs I worked closely with, Donald, needed a trusted handler present while new volunteers learned how to walk him safely, and I helped train others so he could get the exercise and enrichment he deserved. I also helped start enrichment initiatives at the shelter, including treat puzzles, mental stimulation games, and a “dog play buddy” program to give the dogs additional socialization and activity. One of my most special experiences there was helping care for a mama dog who gave birth to a litter of 10 (10!) puppies. I helped care for and socialize those puppies as they grew until they were ready for their forever homes. I also have experience caring for senior animals and understand that older pets often need a little extra patience, gentleness, and attention to their comfort and routine. Beyond dogs, I also have experience caring for cats and bunnies. Over the past few months I’ve helped care for my landlady’s 1yo kitty, and I’m very comfortable providing drop-in care and pet sitting for cats and small animals as well. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting/boarding and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, comfort level, and body language so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is simple: every animal I care for should feel safe, so very loved, and understood. Pet care is my primary focus, so my daily routine is built around providing consistent, hands-on care. I structure my day to include regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, exercise, enrichment, and downtime, depending on each pet’s needs. I’m home for the majority of the day, which allows me to provide a high level of supervision and attention. Pets are rarely left alone for extended periods, and I’m able to adjust my schedule to support different energy levels, routines, and personalities. Whether a dog needs more activity and engagement or a calm, low-stress environment, I’m able to tailor my day to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I care for every pet based on who they are — not just a one-size-fits-all routine. I pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and comfort cues so pets feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. In my home, dogs stay on a fully fenced 10-acre farm property where they can safely explore, play, and decompress. All outdoor time is supervised, and I’m intentional about creating a balanced environment — active play for dogs who love it, and plenty of quiet downtime for those who don’t. I have a friendly Mini Goldendoodle and a very mellow senior pup in the home, and I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully. I’m always prepared to separate or crate dogs if needed to keep everyone comfortable and safe. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to your routines and preferences so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. I keep things calm, consistent, and predictable, which is especially important for anxious or sensitive animals. I’m very comfortable with a wide range of personalities, including dogs who need a little extra patience or structure, and I pride myself on creating an environment where pets can relax and just be themselves.

About: I have been a dog sitter awhile and have gained a lot of experience. I have done overnight stays, check ins, dog walks, and more. I have a puppy of my own and have grown up with dogs my whole life. Neighbors, friends, and more have trusted me to check in on their pets, feed them, and play with them. Worked with many different dogs and various ages. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to come check in on the pups and play with them. My work schedule does change depending on the week but I am available every day of the week. I am free mornings and nights and would have time mid day to check in on the dogs. I have a fenced yard for my dog and I walk him twice a day so he can get his energy out. I would walk your dogs how ever much is needed. Additionally, I would make sure to check in on them multiple times outside of my other jobs to ensure that they are good and can be let out. I am comfortable making sure any necessary medication is given on time and that they are also fed at there normal times. I know how much pets need to play and I would love to play fetch and more with your pets!!
