About: I’ve cared for my families cats and hamsters since early childhood which has taught me how to communicate and gently care for animals. I also take care of my friends dog every other weekend! I currently work as a personal assistant meaning my schedule is quite fluid - especially on week days! I can stay the night or come by multiple times a day, as well as early morning and late night visits. Not able to house pets, would love to come visit them at your home :) I have two cats in my home who tend to be quite territorial

About: I have 5 years of dog care experience, and I have a lot of experience with puppies as I have raised three of my own. I work and am in nursing school part time so I am looking for mostly evening or weekend boarding or visits. I am also available most Wednesdays. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if requested, but I am also comfortable leaving your dog free to roam as well.

“Jacki was so amazing with my kitty! She took incredible pictures and left me detailed notes of a play by play of what they did during the visit. She also is very prompt and timely. She is very sweet with my kitty—she rarely comes out and is shy, but Jacki got her to come out of her shell. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

With years of experience in animal rescue, I’m comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and special needs. From high-energy pups to senior dogs needing extra TLC, I ensure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I'm currently available days, nights and weekends. I can provide drop in services at your convenience. I also offer overnight stays for your sweet dog. I have a fenced yard, love to take dogs on walks and offer a lot of enrichment activities to keep their minds and bodies busy.

“Lara and Jonathon are nothing short of amazing and we are so thankful to have found them. We have two dogs who were both rescued from Amish puppy mills where they were kept in a tiny stall as mama breeders producing litter after litter of puppies for their whole lives, so they have incredible trauma and are very wary of trusting humans due to their pasts. Because of this, we consider them special needs dogs. Lara and jonathon are absolutely amazing with them, and I would not be able to ever leave town if I hadn’t found someone that I can completely trust and that has the patience and empathy to take care of our dogs. They are understanding and caring, and amazing at keeping us updated throughout the day. We have used them twice for 2 long trips and plan to continue in the future- they are so patient and loving with our dogs and have absolutely been a huge part of Cici and Layla’s recovery and rehabilitation journey. I couldn’t recommend them more. They follow directions perfectly and even dealt with our kitchen sink that started leaking when we were away. We are sooo grateful to have found them for our sweet girls!”

“Emily was awesome. She was able to provide great drop-in care for my cat while I was away. She has obvious compassion for animals and makes sure they are well taken care of. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I have a calm and confident approach with dogs of all ages and needs. I have experience working with both energetic puppies and senior pets who need a little extra patience and support. I’m observant, reliable, and always focused on creating a safe, low-stress environment. Whether it’s a structured walk, a play session, or simply sitting quietly with a shy or elderly pet, I’m there to meet them where they’re at. Pet care is a regular and rewarding part of my daily and weekly routine. It's something I prioritize and truly enjoy I plan my schedule around feeding times, walks, play, and check-ins to make sure each pet feels secure and well cared for. In a client’s home, I follow their routines closely to help pets feel secure while their people are away. I make sure food, water, and meds are given exactly as directed, keep litter boxes and play areas clean, and spend quality time with each pet—whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just being a calm presence. I’m respectful of the client’s space and attentive to any changes in the pet’s behavior, always putting their comfort and well-being first.

About: I’ve raised my 15-year-old Shih Tzu and cared for many friends’ dogs over the years. I’m experienced with training, walking, administering eye drops, and giving medications. I also have a 5-star rating from past dog-walking and sitting experience. Dog Experience ✅ Puppy training ✅ Helping dogs with separation anxiety ✅ Administering medications I pride myself on being clean, responsible, and attentive. I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own and make sure your home is left better than you found it. I’m flexible with schedules and happy to adjust to your dog’s unique needs. Since I work from home, I have plenty of flexibility to match your dog’s schedule. I also live near a dog park, so your pup can enjoy walks and playtime with other dogs if they’re interested. I’m very clean, responsible and will leave your home better than you left it. Happy to adjust and be flexible to any care needs your dog has!

About: I have meant years of experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, amphibians, and even fish. I also used to be a dog trainer too, and I’ve even taken care of a gator before. Bottom line your pet would be in the most genuine, kind, gentle, and patient hands!! So I have a full time job at Whole Foods so my schedule changes every week. Evening times would work best with me, but mornings on some week will work for me too I spend quality time with my animals, I check them for anything alarming. I take my time feeding my animals as well as cleaning their water and food dish, and I give them clean water. As well as cleaning up after them, and play with them for at least 15 to 40 mins.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 8 and have experience with dogs, cats, and smaller animals like reptiles and hamsters. My caretaking experience ranges from growing up with labs to short-term drop-ins (walks, backyard time, indoor playing) to long-term overnight stays. I love training dogs and figuring out how they learn, so that is something I’m definitely interested in working on. Even though the pets I watch are not my own, I take the role of caretaker very seriously and do everything I can to ensure the pet’s safety and enjoyment. I have a flexible schedule and work from home so I am able to accommodate many schedules including daily visits and overnight stays (both during the week and weekend). I am a very attentive caretaker and follow the pet rules that are given to me. I know that I am being trusted (and paid) to keep the pet(s) safe, take care of their basic needs, and (when asked) engage with them to enrich their lives.

“Lauren was amazing with my dog for the week we needed her! Very timely, communication wasn’t an issue and she is just a kind person. She sent lots of pictures too😍 I felt so much better leaving to go out of town with her watching my dog and taking care of a few items I needed done. I will definitely use Lauren in the future!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was born - 30 years! There hasn’t been a moment in my household where a dog or cat hasn’t been present, and they have always been the glue to our family. This is why I would love so much to spend time caring for your pet, as I would hope someone would for my own. Animals bring so much joy to our world! I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pups! I’m generally available for walks and boarding on weekends, as well as through the week. Spend time playing, and allowing the pups to rest. Lots of walks, time outside, and cuddles! Making sure they are getting their nutrients and feeling healthy!

Corey K.
“Corey is great with dogs! I actually met her because she was fostering and my husband and I adopted the sweet baby she took in. She has since watched and walked our pup and did so well with her! She learned our commands we use for her and reinforced the training we spent so long instilling. We are very selective in who we allow to care for our dogs when we are away, and we would definitely recommend her to take care of your beloved fur baby in any capacity! Doggies know good people and all 3 mine love her!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Eric! He has an obvious love for animals that shines through in the way he cared for my dog, who is an 85-pound rescue. My dog can be a bit challenging due to his size and background, but Eric handled him with such ease and compassion. It’s clear he has a natural talent for working with animals, and my dog absolutely adores him. Eric has been taking care of my dog since he was a small puppy and now as an adult dog. He walks him regularly and has even administered medication when needed, ensuring my dog’s health and happiness. His dedication and attentiveness gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I fully trust him with my pet, and I feel so fortunate to have found someone who cares for him as much as I do. If you’re looking for someone reliable and great with dogs, I highly recommend Eric!”

Charlotte B.
“Charlotte has taken care of my dog Monty on multiple occasions. He is a 2-year-old, 80 pound German Shepherd who has tons of energy and also has a disease called megaesophagus, which means that he has to be fed in a special way. Charlotte has fed him in his chair, walked him, and in general, gives him an incredible amount of love. Charlotte has a way with animals. She loves all animals and has a sixth sense for their needs. She grew up with a lot of pets, and comes from a family that respects and cherishes the responsibilities that come along with caring for a pet. As I've seen in how she treats my dog Monty, and how she treats her sister's dog, she treats all of the animals in her life as if they are her own. She will be a wonderful addition to the Rover network.”
