About: At 55, I have been a pet owner most of my life. When I first moved to Tucson in 2006, my now wife had a husky and tabby cat which we unfortunately lost years ago. Since then we have been mainly cat owners seeing as our house is quite small but I do miss being around, playing with and walking dogs. I am mature but still a kid at heart, flexible schedule, reliable transportation, indoors mostly but loves to be outside and, above all, a lifetime fan of animals. Cheers! Seeing as I work from home and set my own schedule, I can be there when you need, as you need, if you need, all of that. Breaking away from my laptop and house husband duties to hang out with your dog(s) or cat(s) for an extended amount of time is a far better prospect than running errands or checking the mail. Since February of this year, 2026, we are proud parents of a a brother and sister combo of, lets say, rather enthusiastic kittens. It is a small cottage midtown, a safe and loving environment with far too many toys that they sometimes play with, food and water bowls that are always full, I take time out every afternoon to deep clean the house and I even started an Instagram for them that is usually either a) the duo being in the way when we're trying to watch a movie or me cooking dinner or b) chronicling what we like to call "turbo time", aka the zoomies.

About: I worked at a boarding business for about a year and a half for dogs and cats. I worked with all different sizes and breeds, and ages of dogs and cats. My job tittle including playing and cuddling with the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning where they stayed, and giving medicine to the animals that required it. I have a little more than basic knowledge of dogs and cats health and always try to stay up to date with that. I dog sit and cat sit for friends and families regularly aswell. I have always grown up around animals and if you were to ask anyone who knows me they will say I have always wanted to work with animals since I knew what a job was. I am currently a college student and am majoring in wildlife conservation, while that's not specifically a major for cats and animals I still have and will learn a lot about those species as well!! I currently don't have a job so my schedule is really open. I work out everyday usually in the mornings to early afternoons. But I have a very flexible schedule! I have a fenced backyard just under 2acres of land. So it is very spacious for bigger dogs to run around in! I am able to walk dogs for however long.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was in elementary school. I grew up with golden retriever, golden doodles and border collies on our farm. Now I have my own golden retriever and bernedoodle that are my best companions. We love to go on long walks and travel to all the state and national parks! I’m happy to take dog walking clients on weekends and holidays. I work Monday through Thursday otherwise normal business hours in the clinic from 7-5. I love playing fetch with the pups and cuddle time. I like to do basic training such as sit, stay, roll over, lay down. My bernedoodle is high energy so I’m used to exercising dogs and taking long walks.

About: I take recognition in what dogs need. Since I've been little I've always had a connection with animals. Whether it be from a little bug from a big dog I feel that they care in a different way than humans. About: I have been a licensed massage therapist for 12 years. My skills have overflowed into treating animals big, small and in between sizes (horses, dogs, cats, rats). I learned to communicate with animals by reading their body language and energy. With this skill, I have trained 5 dogs to use the treadmill, 1 cat to use the toilet, and 1 dog to pass his canine good citizen certificate. I enjoy working with animals slightly more than humans...shhh don't tell my human clients :) Rover does not have a setting to reflect an absence of 6-8 hours, which is what my standard rate covers. Absences of less that 6 hrs will have an reasonable continuous care fee dependant on location and duration of booking, since I need to commute to my workplace in Oracle 1-2 days a week. I am self employed as a Licensed Massage Therapist and I make my own schedule. I treat animals as well. I can adjust my schedule as needed. During the winter I prioritize my human clients which still allows me to overnight sit. During the summer I have more time to provide play dates and walks. As of now, I only accept overnight sits at the owners home. I have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, issued by the AZ Dept. of Public Safety for my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist and for my volunteer work in Hospice. I combine my experience and intuition in observing how the owners respond to their pets and incorporate what the animal is familiar with. I bring my ability to communicate through body language and energy to create a calming presence. I ask clarifying questions. I know owners want the best for their pets!
