About: I have had dogs of all sizes my whole life. I’m a reliable and compassionate person who truly loves animals and understands the importance of making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I have experience in administering medication to dogs. I work closely with a local rescue, which has given me experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including shy or anxious pets. I am patient and attentive, and I treat every pet like family, making sure they receive plenty of love, exercise, and personalized care! I am an incoming medical student who plans to live locally. I do not currently work as I am getting ready to start school in July and spend my free time as an EMT on my town's ambulance corps, volunteering at an animal shelter, or at my local food pantry. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I want to create a calm, loving, and clean environment where pets can feel secure and relaxed. I closely follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, routines, and any special needs to make sure pets stay happy and comfortable while in my care. Through my experience working with a rescue, I’ve learned how to handle pets with different personalities and energy levels with patience and care.

I have only raised my rate by $1-2 since Covid & take one family of dogs at a time. Please respond back to all messages if you reach out. No aggressive breeds taken, sorry, no Pitbulls. My husband and I both work from home as my only job is caring for the dogs staying at my house. It is nice because someone is always here and the dogs get a ton of attention. My name is Hope Landow-Schnur and I adore dogs. I raised my own dogs for over 14+ years - Bailey and Jango. Everyone that knows me, knows that I am the ultimate pet lover and treated my dogs as well as my children. We have a nice home in River Vale, NJ with a huge 6' high fenced in yard. I am married with triplets - 22 years old and they love playing with our guest dogs. I have my own big crate set up (only if you crate your dog) and ready to welcome your dog(s) into my home when you need to be away overnight or for an extended period of time. I will do my best to keep your treasured pet on their own schedule with feedings, playtime and time outside running around the back yard or if you prefer, walks only. I've made floor dogs into lap dogs, they get extra spoiled with me! You will also get lots of photos & updates when you are away. I just recently changed my setting to small to medium dogs if you are a repeat customer and can not find me on line. I'm also available for dog day care in my home if my calendar is free. About: Animals have been a part of my life since childhood, from our show dog who was an Irish Wolfhound to being a rescue mom to smaller terriers. I have cared for horses, chickens, bunnies which included pets with special handicaps. With deep empathy and natural connection, I understand animals on an intuitive level. I have trained puppies, comforted seniors and welcomed countless creatures who somehow find their way to my home. Your pet will find a home away from home here with me, safe, loving-and I look forward to offering the same love I show all animals to your beloved pet. All the animals in my home live in harmony together. Some visitors marvel at that fact but it's how I treat each animal with love and care that fosters this environment. All needs are met and everyone is happy! I am home during the day and available to provide attentive care for your pet. I may step out briefly for errands or other chores but will ensure your pet's needs are fully met and they get plenty of company and care. Our home is on one acre with a fenced in yard and great area for walking with lots of trees in a peaceful setting. I have a senior dog (17 yo) that loves company. We also have cats which are friendly and curious.

About: I strive to make the lives of our furry friends as fulfilling and fun as possible! I'm very comfortable taking care of any pet, and I have taken care of senior animals who require insulin shots and meticulous diets. One of my favorite electives at university was my 'Psychology of our Pets' class where we learned about how to best care for our furry friends and keep them active and healthy. I have owned dogs, cats, and even birds! Since I'm home from university for the summer, I'm pretty much available at the drop of a dime! While I would prefer a day's notice, I should be able to take care of your pet within two hours of your request. I believe that activities and fun are just as important for pets as they are for humans. Who wants to be stuck in their house all day? I know tons of dog-friendly walking trails, and I'd love to spend a few hours with them & make sure they are well-exercised. I've dealt with a lot of dietary restrictions for pets, so I can follow any directions very closely if needed. For Cats/Kittens, I have a few toys I'd be happy to bring, and even a harness if they want to explore outside for a few minutes!

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 10 when I got my dog. I joined Rover 3 years ago and have experience walking, feeding, playing with, and caring for various types of dogs. I care for every dog as if they're my own! I just got home from college and am looking to make some money as I take a remote class this summer. About: Life-long pet owner and family man. I am also an avid hiker and nature lover. Currently the owner of a friendly 110 lb. Golden Retriever named Tobie. I take him on an hour walk in the woods (Blauvelt State Park) everyday...rain or shine. My backyard actually borders the State Park, and I personally maintain several trails out there. Tobie is as strong as an ox...but I handle him without any issues. Tobie loves other dogs. I'm recently retired (pro photographer by trade). Aside from my daily walk in the woods with Tobie, I have all the time in the world, on my hands. My dog has the rule of the house. Nothing is off-limits. I have an in-ground pool and thus a fenced in backyard. Tobie honestly uses the pool more than the family.

About: I have been a dog walker for years as well as I have 2 dogs and a cat of my own! I understand the mean in which to talks care of your beloved pets I am a college student where in the summers I coach girl’s lacrosse. Which is why I am looking for a job with a vary flexible schedule for in-between practice! I love to walk, run, and play with your pets! About: I've been a dog owner for 20 wonderful years, dogs are my passion! They love me and I love them, from puppies to seniors, toys to giants. I am lucky have a fenced in, wooded, private, 2 acre property with plenty of room for zoomies. My beagle, Piglet, is also a fine hostess. She loves to have canine company to play with, then snuggle with us and relax at my comfy, quiet home together. Piglet is my sweet rescue senior beagle. She's friendly, quiet and submissive. She has the final say on who may enter Her Queendom. Dogs are my main gig, so I will be with your babies almost 24/7. When I go out, I bring Piglet and friends along with me everywhere I can, especially to parks, trails and forests. But if your dog is more of a homebody, I can easily stay home with them all day. I live in a safe, wooded, quiet, 2 acre, fenced-in lot. There are lots of dogs on my block who love to socialize and have play dates if that's what your dog is into. I'm at the end of a dirt road, nowhere near any traffic, so it is very safe and private.
