I’ve taken care of animals my entire life, from dogs and cats to reptiles. I worked at a pet store from ages 16 to 18, where I learned to care for many types of pets. For the past five years, I’ve managed a local animal shelter, gaining hands on experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Friends, family, and neighbors have always trusted me to walk, feed, and care for their pets as if they were my own. I also have two dogs, 1 cat, 2 lizards and 1 tortoise of my own. I have a bachelors in wildlife conservation biology. Animals care is a huge passion of mine.

Gabriella was absolutely amazing with Laura (my 7 year old pit mix) and Bean (my ball python). She was so caring, responsible, and attentive with both of them, and I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in her care. She followed all of my instructions, kept me updated, and treated Luna and Bean like they were her own. It’s great to have a sitter/ dog walker who likes reptiles (you would be shocked at how hard it is to find someone who does both). Though I didn’t book through rover originally I have no problem writing this review for their app because I would 100% recommend Gabriella and will definitely be using her again.
I trust Gabby with any animal—furry, feathered, or even hoofed! She has years of formal education in animal research, plus tons of hands-on experience and genuine love for every creature she meets. We worked together for several years, and I’ve learned so much from her about animal care. Gabby is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly has a heart for animals. I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone looking for someone amazing to care for their pets!
