About: I can’t compare myself with other sitters, other than to say I love animals. I’m a recently retired federal employee with the National Weather Service. I love dogs and cats and looking to stay busy. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. I can provide walks or in-home supervision. My schedule is wide open and adjustable if helpful. My first two in-home bookings went very well and I’m enjoying walking another dog several days a week. Clear communication is critical before and during, in case unexpected things occur. Also, during the 4th of July weekend I watched my daughter’s dogs. I dealt with their reactions to the never ending fireworks and a stressful medical situation with one of the dogs that fortunately turned out OK.

About: Hello, I'm Michaela! Ever since I was a child, I have had either a cat or a dog, whom I was responsible for feeding, walking, and cleaning up after. Needless to say I am a total Animal Lover. We live a fairly active lifestyle so if your pet needs to move, I'll tire them out before you pick them up. 3 of our favorite places to walk are the nature trail at McDowell Dam, the trails near Fort Lincoln - past Mandan, and the river trail behind Sertoma Park. If your dog is a social butterfly, I also enjoy going to the dog park. Anytime I care for any animal, I approach them with compassion and empathy. I pay close attention to the animal's body language and tend to their needs as they appear. I have worked with dogs and cats of all backgrounds. I am experienced in giving shots and meds. About: Bilingual. When I was born, my family already had a German Shepherd who was with us until 2005. Since then, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, turtles, and even chickens, learning how to adapt to pets of all ages and personalities. Had my first dog of my own in 5th grade and stayed with me until 2021, and along the way I also raised cats, rescued a turtle, and cared for both a parrot and a parakeet. I recently moved to Bismarck and, while I haven’t had my own pets this past year, I’ve been dog-sitting my relatives’ pups and dogs. About: I’ve been around and loved dogs since as early as I can remember. I’ve owned and cared for a dog myself for over half my life and have experience in puppy training as well as senior dog care. I’ve worked as a kennel assistant at a dog boarding shelter and cared for a multitude of dogs. I understand how every dog is different and needs to be cared for in various ways depending on their needs. My love for animals continues to grow daily. I'm currently in school everyday from 8:30-2:30. After that I have many available hours of free time depending on what I have planned for that day. About: I have been taking care of animals all my life. I currently have a Labrador retriever who has had tplo so I understand complex animals and their needs I enjoy taking care of animals in many different life stages as they are all important. I usually work 4-3pm most days but I have a 30 minutes lunch I can use to potty your dog and even go before work in the early hours if needed I can/am willing to give and do many tasks including walking, feeding, medication administering, cleaning up, and taking outside/pottying. I love to cuddle and play with dogs so I’m willing to spend a little extra time to bond with them!

About: I have owned and cared for my own dog(s)for about 10 years and I used to do my own dog lessons for about 2 years until I left for college. I worked at a vet clinic for a year and learned general care along with medication distribution so anything like that doesn’t bother me. I’m working part time at two jobs that are very flexible, and my early mornings are open till 9am, and evenings are open most days of the week. I am good at communicating so if there and any questions or concerns with scheduling we can mesh it out. I can take your dogs on walks or just keep them in a yard if that makes you more comfortable. I can feed you dogs as often as you’d like and I can distribute their meds aswell. I can teach your dog some general obedience but only if directed to, as everyone wants there dog to behave the way they want them too.

About: I grew up around dogs and have always loved them! I fostered and adopted my dog Holly a little over a year ago. Since then, I’ve come to learn that all dogs deserve patience and extra love! I work from 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday, but I take an hour lunch and would have time to pop in and check on your pets throughout the day! I have a fenced in yard so she can roam around wherever. She gets fed once in the morning and once at night, but she has a chicken allergy so I’m picky with her food.

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs since I was a little girl. I have always had kitties and I have had 3 dogs in my life! One of my kitties lived until she was 19 years old, so I am very well versed in taking care of senior pets. I love getting to meet new animals and getting to know them while getting to be their safety when their family is away! I am currently in the accelerated nursing program at NDSU, I have class every Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am-12pm, so I am available for pet sitting after 12pm on those days. I have clinical every Thursday from 5am-2pm, and will be available after. Every Monday and Friday are free for the most part and the weekends are also free for the most part! I always make sure to get familiar with the layout of the house that I an pet sitting at to make sure I am fully aware of where pets will go and where they could potentially be hiding. I also make sure to go outside when I am dog sitting to observe the dogs and make sure they are okay while their parents are away!

About: There has always been at least one dog in my family since before I was born. I am now 21 years old, and I have 3 dogs of my own. I have been walking and dog sitting for just over a year now, and I absolutely love it. I even hope to one day open my own walking/boarding/daycare company for dogs. But that probably won’t happen for a while, so for now I’m just trying to rack up as many practice hours as I possibly can, and learn about dogs as much as possible. There is something new to learn with every walk and every sitting job, and I would love to have the opportunity to learn about your dog and hang out with them!
